Running into same issue..usually cloudbet is awesome as far as withdrawals...usually instant...last week or so..it's been taking 15 minutes or so..which is fine...that was the case as of this morning..just did one an hour ago....and as I speak it finally went through...so just be patient..they will pay unless you did something sketchy on the account.

Peeps always fast to use the “scam” word.....give a bit Time first though I know we all want our P.O ASAP esp if site normally process instant....I say that while this morning I messaged nitro admin chat 5 times after 1 hour waiting

it took them whole 2 hours to send Damn them lol

every btc and fiat book will experience the occasional "delay" as they rely on 3rd party processors along with the fact that crypt0 technology has bugs from time to time...give em a chance guys few days to fix before yelling "SCAM"!

The worst thing is when there is no update by the person who made the scam accusation. Most likely the case has been resolved but the sportsbook got wrongfully tagged on google. Such behaviour creates distrust between the sportsbook and the player.

The website advertise instant withdraws, they paid the two totaling 0.5 btc with like 90 hours, to be fair the terms says that it could take a maximum 24 hours, so when they broke their time frame for like 4x the expect time this need to be noted.

I know why a lot of people do it, but I always approach new threads with scam in the title with a little less faith in the posters word than otherwise.

Well, there is a easy way to solve it, the sportsbook respect their own ToS and everything will be ok.

^^^ for example. The scam title wasn't reasonable and neither is the response defending it.

So often the case with the scam brigade.

The same situation as JRique, they are talking about instant withdrawal but my only and the first withdral is Pending from 25.2.2018 (11 AM).

They started not to answer on my emails. First they said that they take me case to withdrawal team.

Then on live chat the same. But today Mark on live chat told me that they have issues with privder.

When I asked when can I expect my withdrawal? They don't know.

What is more funny? Today I talked with one of they customer who made instant withdrawal.

The amount is 0,1 bitcoin. I have around 0,3 on my account, but now I am really aware about it.

I will write if anything willmove forward.

Anyone had a such long withdrawal delays as 2 weeks almost ?

I've made withdrawal 12 days ago, and till now I am not having my BTC in wallet.

They are not replying to any mails, while talking on chat they just quit and close chat option for few hours.

Not sure what's happening and what do, earlier they've withdrawn smaller amounts. Now when the withdrawal required manual acceptant, I see only PENDING all the time.

Hi,

In fact Ronnie is in small contact with me on one of the BTC forums. But as for now its mostly replies that payment team is on it, and my withdrawal is set as priority.

17days passed so far, the problem is that they cannot provide straight-away answers, when or why ? Just always it's in payment team. Mindless to say about chat or mail 24/7 contact, cause those 2 are useless. I haven't received any mail contact 14days.

After 18days, I've been asked for KYC docs. Have sent those on Saturday. And again waiting without any further details from their side beside docs fwd to proper department. 23 days and still ticking.

EDIT:

25 days and finally I've received my BTC.
Far away from 24-48h standards of withdrawal, which CB claim to be proceeding.
But glad I have it finally.

I'd still like to see 'scam' removed from thread titles when it's clear there's an unusual situation going on that gets resolved. By all means criticise a book when it fails to deliver on its targets but having threads with scam in the title unfairly hurt a book's reputation through Google searches. It makes the real scam books look better when decent books are also tagged this way.
