I just got off the phone with these idiots. They have the worst customer service I've ever run into. The guy actually hung up on me because I was having trouble hearing him from a bad connection. Never again!

Hopefully you tried to call them back or communicated via other means. Heritage has been and continues to be of the best books around. At times we all get frustrated on the phone with various customer service reps...but you called them for a reason, so patience is needed to get your communication sent to the agent.
I'm not a big fan of the book back to a Bet Jamaica to Heritage issue, but I can tell you whenever I had to deal with them in the past, the customer service was top flight.

Heritage is now a joke, they try to screw its live betting customers by adding contradictory rules. If you're going to bet there please read the rules beforehand in order to avoid getting screwed

Be more specific with your problem regarding the live betting please ?
Placed a bet on Kwoon on Live bet before the 2nd set started and he won in the middle of the 3rd because opponent retired. Heritage live betting rules money module Clearly states match Winner (Kwoon) is treated same as ml bets. MONEYLINE TENNIS WAGERS require a set to be completed in order to have action, rule 4.14.2 live betting rules module, Tennis but if you scroll you'll find 4.14.10 which states all bets require match to be completed to have action. Heritage does that purpose being ambiguous or vague with its rules to screw us
I've lost on Heritage live betting on 3 way lines in NBA quarter bets so I'm not upset about the money but the principle. Nitro is very clear with those bets but why be so ambiguous with tennis?
great book. 1 of the best. but not THE best with the live betting they offer now. even the best books have problems from time to time. why jump on a poster right away with a complaint on any book. wouldn't believe what every poster says either. there has been a book or two in the past that any complaint was meet with criticism from posters, then the book folds and steals every ones money. that is not happening here, obviously. just saying, between sports books and posters , a poster will never have a chance to steal your money, plenty of sports books have done so.
Heritage is a really good book overall, but I've had a couple experiences where their Customer Service acted unnecessarily rude over fairly ordinary requests where I wasn't expressing any attitude toward them at all. They seem to have a slight "we don't need you" air about them, whereas other books are more eager to please.
