9wickets frozen my Funds!

Guys, anyone using 9wickets through asianconnect having issues with 9wickets? 9wickets frozen my account 5 days ago with no explanation...AC just says investigation and or waiting on feedback from 9wickets....This was 5 days ago...AC has responded to my emails but it seems like 9wickets is just not communicating with them...I have done nothing wrong and am not a big player and just want my funds...Anyone else been on 9wickets of late?????

I stopped doing so at a certain point after a heavy loss but I tried to continue one more time and it did go well ... however I tried to make a withdrawal of 700 EUR from my 9Wickets account and my withdrawal has been placed ON HOLD by 9Wickets.

As you can see in the thread I opened I mainly layed long shot horses and that's what I've been doing all this time - it seems like 9Wickets is trying to scam their customers, this is completely unscrupulous and I'd advise anyone who's dealing with 9Wickets to take caution here because it could turn into a scam.

Currently I have 4,960 EUR in my 9Wickets account and I am worried the funds are not safe with this website.

Please stay away from 9Wickets until this situation clears up - AsianConnect88 also shall be held accountable here for doing a zilch in regards to this situation.

I have a few euros in 9wicks also. but i havent had any issues moving money in or out. i just got off the skype with AC and they did acknowledge that their is issues with 9wickets that their Senior Management is going to resolve. Said that they have no similar issue with Orbit exchange. i wonder what is the root issue with 9wickets ?

Just an update in regards to my issue:

AC88 has informed me about 1-2 hours ago that my account is unblocked and I manged to make a withdrawal (I've reached 5.5k EUR and made a withdrawal of 1.5k EUR, leaving 4k EUR in the account to keep on laying long shot horses).

I've asked AC88 why my account was suspended (well, it wasn't 100% suspended as I could keep on placing bets but I couldn't make withdrawals) - AC88 told me it was up to their upline (i.e. 9Wickets) and their upline has informed them my account is unblocked. I assume AC88 also got involved in here to assist.

As to why my account was blocked 2 days ago on Friday (i.e. not allowed to make withdrawals) - I still don't know, I've never received (at least not so far) the reason for this, I did ask AC88 for the reason but I'm doubtful if they will share the explanation what exactly happened behind the scenes here.

Will I continue to use 9Wickets? At the moment yes, but if I will ever experience a similar "treatment" without any reasonable explanation I will take all the guns out and I have my own ways of doing so, I'm not interested in getting into that stage, and I certainly do hope 9Wickets will unblock littlekona's account as well so all this will get resolved once and for all ... I think if a service provider wants to stay in business for a long term - it should have much more transparency, it's a must in our days where social media, forums etc. are very active etc.

i do want to say that this was the first issue I have had with 9wickets and or AC88...AC88 has always been very professional and I like there products and service...hopefully the communication between them and 9wickets improves and when issues do occur there is transparency along with a more urgency to correct.

Great news guys.

AC88 is still looking into the reason 9wickets jumped to suspend these accounts.

There is a genuine reason 9wickets are concerned but after the AC88 GM looked at the account histories himself it appeared 9wickets was over zealous in LittleKona's case, at least. AC are in discussions with 9wickets about the matter.

If/when they give SBR any more info I'll update this thread to help players decide what to do ongoing.

Anyone having trouble logging into their Orbit account? I had no issues when my account was created, but now I can't log-in even after copying and pasting my username/password into the login box multiple times etc. On Asian Connect's end, they are saying no issues when they try it.

I just tried and it works....If I remember right it did ask me to change my password when I joined first...Ask AC for a password change if it continues and please update us

Right. I changed my password to something simple right after I opened the account. The next time I tried logging in and using it- I get the incorrect username/password error message. I then message Asian Connect, they change my password multiple times, in which after double digit attempts of doing everything, I cannot log in. I then clear cookies, shut down my computer...etc, still nothing. Asian Connect sends me a screenshot of my account open, so it is working on their end. I show them a screenshot of my username and password typed into it and they can't figure out why it keeps giving the "wrong username or password" error message. They won't open a new account for me right now, which may have just solved the problem there and we could of moved on. However, they did say they would investigate it, but now I'm without Orbit. So bizarre, I think it has something to do with Orbit itself since I logged in fine the first time the account was open.

I was using about 10 at one point lol. The strange thing is that it worked early morning with a Canadian one, and then all of a sudden can't recognize my login details.

I suspect it has to do with the usage of vpn. Do they a have a terms of service that prohibits vpn. I recently received a notice from AC to not use vpn when login to matchbook.

No they actually tell to use VPN and what countries in emails when sign up for each accounts.....I have had issues with VPN and account once suspened but AC88 fixes that real quick with no issues..

We all got it back and I have been using them since with no issues....It took maybe a week to clear up...SBR optional helped as he talked w management at AC88 and that really helped speed up....Send sbr optional a pm here with details

I noticed that when you try to deposit or use a 9wickets acct from Asianconnect you get a warning popup stating you agree to 9wickets terms which include confiscations etc.

not sure Ive seen on mobil 9wickets but i do see one on orbitx desktop i never read though...I trust AC88 and 9wickets and orbitx have been good so far but like someone here said its all good until it's not and that can apply to any site

If I remember correctly I was about to fund/activate my 9wickets acct through AC88 but before they would do so they wanted me to acknowledge that 9wickets accounts are subject to review/confiscation at the discretion of 9wickets. I declined and activated my orbitx acct instead. I won't use 9wickets under those terms.

Not sure..for me 9wickets has been very good...one time has minor issue but was resolved to my satisfaction...im horse player on wickets and orbitx and find the 9wickets process wager quickly no lag and mobil site smoother then orbitx...i have both up many times and for usa due to liquidity i prefer orbitx...

Interesting. I only use my PC for betting so I'm not concerned about the mobile sites. I haven't had any problems with Orbitx however I really prefer the Betkeen (Betfair clone) platform and layout as its much cleaner/sharper looking and behaves well. Betkeen is only available via Easysportbet though and I'm not funded there right now.
