Its amazing how easy can a company scam people this days.More amazing is that they can continue scam more people even after their abusing behavior is known.

They pretend they have problem with betfair (some other betfair powered exchanges are working) and all their customers exchange balance was gone.No one is able to withdraw the money he had in their exchange.
They keep saying that there will be a solution tomorrow.Every day the same story.
Its weird how time pass for a crook,5 days now and its still today....

...and they use the same disgusting excuse:"We done everything we could from our side now is up to betfair" they blame betfair...i must hope for betfair to find a solution and get my money...like we are their partners and not their customers.

How quickly people are to call a company "scam". They claim to be having technical problems with Betfair. They keep replying to emails and respond to inquiries and their sportsbook is still online. Do you honestly believe they are genuinely trying to scam you if all that is still happening? Or could you, maybe, be overreacting a bit?

I can understand the frustration you have if you aren't able to access your account...but give them the benefit of the doubt for a while. It has been 5 days, not 50!

Some people in the other forum saying got paid. 21bet also announced there they will pay exchange people tomorrow. They are looking to pay and they kept paying casino and bookmaker clients during this time so calling them crooks and scams for a technical reason is not fair. Of course no bookmaker has the right to keep players like that for 2-3 weeks.

I have been waiting for more than 6 weeks to get paid. Always the same reply from them that they are having technical issues blabla. I deposited way to much than I should have, down horrific. Stay away.

I'm trying withdraw my balance from April, over 6 MONTHS. In August they promised to pay me in installments of 500 euros, I received only two installments via Ecopayz. They changed their site twice (June and September) and cancelled all pending withdrawals.
Dozens of people have not received their money for months and MGA knows about it. MGA should block license. Joke not licensor.

21bet sent only half stakes to betfair. If someone won 2000e, 1000e was from betfair and 1000e was from 21bet. They wanted to earn extra from the losers. They miscalculated. When betfair disconnected exchange (perhaps because 21bet "doubled" the liquidity) and they don't have our virtual accounts balances. Customers started to withdraw money and there is a big problem, because they don't have enough money. I suppose they lack several hundred thousands euros.
Please advise what else I can do. Report to HMRC for money laundering?

a good evidence would be if someone had put an 100euro unmatched bet on a empty market in 21bet and look whether this 100euro are appearing in real exchange too, or only 50euro. and make a screen of this all.

You can see, on the graphs of other results also 285k euros is displayed, this is amount from FULL CS market. Half of what is on old 21bet exchange.
But I will look for another screen in my archieve with amounts in "baskets" for evidence. I hope that I will find.

@sarkami - thats right, when I put on 21bet empty "basket" 100e, on betfair showed only 50e. Arbusers' forum users confirmed it too, you can read. But I can't prove it right now, their exchange has not existed since 17th April.

Ever checked these forums and noticed how many threads start with "scam" and then, after some digging, the problem gets resolved but the thread title is still there giving off a bunch of bad publicity for books that are not a scam at all and are actually 100% fair to their players? Maybe, just maybe that is why I often tend to give books the benefit of the doubt, because the number of real scammers is a LOT lower than people think. The VAST majority of people that don't get paid in the end either misread the rules, broke those rules or were multi-accounting.

And as to not having a clue, you have no idea who I am or how many clues I've got so why would you even say that besides trying to take cheap shot at me because I said something you don't like? Grow up.

As to 21bet, they are obviously struggling financially now but are still paying players regularly (check other forums)...so no-one has been scammed yet. They are still there.

My first post in this thread dates from 7 months ago. The guy was calling the company a scam because his withdrawal didn't come through after 5 days. Numerous people have been paid since, how is that a real scam? And I don't take "sides", I try and defend people and books I believe are being treated unfairly.
