I requested a wire transfer back on 3/31. I’ve had some back and forth with them assuring me I’d have my money by now. Early last week they told me to wait a couple more days. After I didn’t receive it in a couple days I then reached out to them on Friday and they said I’d have my money by yesterday which never happened. I then emailed them again yesterday morning and have received no response. Anyone else having this issue?

#6After emailing them Monday morning, they email me back early this morning:
“Hello David,
Hope this email finds you well.
Apologies for the late request. Our Processing Team has requested a Picture ID so they may complete the wire payout request and release the funds. You can take a picture with your cell phone and send as an attachment when replying to this email.
Thanks and apologies for the delay.”
I’ve had multiple correspondents with their account managers over the 25 days I’ve been waiting for my money and not one mentioned anything about them needing my license. Furthermore, they had this information on file because I made a request back in September and they wouldn’t even allow me to withdraw the funds until I sent them credit card and license.
I’m very frustrated and feel like they are jerking me around. I’ve been a customer of theirs for years and have referred a few friends too. I’ll keep everyone posted but I’m not so sure I’ll see the money. A+ book for sure...Comment -
#7Day 26. Sent them my license information yesterday morning. Followed up with an email later on yesterday asking for confirmation they received a copy. Did not get a response. Sent another email this morning wanting confirmation that they received this info. They also have not given me a timeframe for when I might receive it even though I asked.Comment -

Never heard of this sort of request from an intermediary bank before.
Although be careful just refusing before you find out what will happen first. The bank may want to hold the funds and report it if you don't supply the ID.
You might also ask them what other sort of ID is suitable if you have no passport or national ID card..Comment -

I’m now waiting to see if they will cut me a check for an amount over what they state is their maximum. I’m not holding out much hope for that either. I will also be asking that all fees be waived. I paid $75 for the wire transfer and at the very least they should make that up to me by sending the check for free...Comment -

One thing that cannot be disputed however, is that they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced for any company - not just sports books. So I can definitely understand frustration that might be had when it comes to communication for payouts.Comment
