GTBets.eu cheating on btc conversion

They charged me a 3.5% vig for a btc payout! They claim no fee but the fake conversion wound up costing me about $150, which is absurd for any crypto payout. It's theft.

I contacted them on chat and they said it was due to "fluctuation". I explained to them that you can see all of the trades. You can know for example that in the hours previous the high was $6,779 but their "broker" converted at $6,954. Based on the time I received, it should have been about $6,720 (the $6,779 peak was a couple of hours earlier than I received). At no time in the previous 24 hours did it hit $6,900. I believe the high for the calendar day was $6,820 but that was well after I received the transfer. There is no legitimate way for their broker to come anywhere close to a conversion of $6,954. Clearly they do this to cheat their customers.

After requesting links from me, they said they would look into it and get back to me. When I contacted them about 30 hours later after not hearing back, they again spoke about "fluctuations". I don't recommend playing there.

That is not right they do that but i have to say i have done several withdraws from them not Bitcoin but they are less taking out $5000 on the fees then others have been . DSI and i think Justbet wanted $600 with GT it was $180 for the same amount.

Depends on the kind of service they're offering; whether their markets are better than 5D, Bookmaker/Heritage. I use Bookmaker but think their offering & live could be better.

It matters cause they're getting a lot of action & you complaining means you're one of the players there. It's like 5dimes taking their time with payouts or Nitrogen on grading bets... Every book has it's quirks & its up to you to be well informed before joining the site

The only book I know (who displays and fixes exchange rate on withdrawal form) is Jetwin. They are using Kraken's live rates for deposits and withdrawals. When you request payout - you see the rate and it can not be changed later (does not matter if they will process it one minute or in one day).

I've been consistently robbed by GTBets using bitcoin. I've made a few $1,000 deposits and never been credited with more than $990, and as little as $940. They have great bonuses that appear to make up for it, but their rollover rules are WHACK. They lure you in with big bonuses, but if you don't understand the fine print you'll have a hard time getting your money. They use a point based rollover system that is NOT dollar for dollar (at least on baseball it isn't). They will tell you the rollover is 4 times your deposit amount, but for baseball you only get 1/5 of a point per dollar bet. So the effective rollover is 20 times! It just feels like they intentionally try to confuse you. And to make matters worse, you can't take one penny of your deposit out until the rollover is met. I know Sportsbook.eu has some shitty reviews and takes 4 days to pay, but at least there they will give you your money back if you want it AND pro rate your completed bonus. It's a much better high bonus site than GT. I've still got $3k+ on GT that I'm wondering if I'll ever get out..

It's unfortunate that you have to waste your time making a thread to get the $ back you rightfully deserve.

Hope they do it right the 1st time for now on. Ridiculous that we have to waste our time battling for a book to be HONEST.
