    Scammed by MyBookie.Ag
New player to the world of online gaming and recently signed up with MyBookie.ag. I put $125 in the account and with 2 decent size bets got it to $309.

First beef - the Juice. I paid 20% on Rams over Raiders (-6). If I bet the other side, the juice was 5%. Is this normal? My understanding is that standard juice is 10% no matter what side you take. If they want to charge you higher juice for a favorite, how about making the live -7 or higher?

Cashing out - They initially told me there were NO FEES for the first cashout. That ended up being a complete lie. If you want a payout in $$'s, the choices are $35 for a Wire Transfer or $50 for an eCheck. So I went with a Wire Transfer and paid the $35. This took an inexplicable 10 days to process.

This is where things get really shady. When the transfer was complete, MyBookie actually sent me $243 instead of $273 – exactly $30 LESS than what I requested and owed. When questioned, they demanded I send a screen shot of my bank account as proof which I promptly did. They got back to me via email conceding they made a mistake. Their solution – credit my account with $30! Don’t mind the fact that withdrawals on MyBookie.ag can’t be less than $100 AND the fact that the cheapest $$ withdrawal method costs $35. So, if I want the $30 I suppose I’ll have to send THEM $5? I emailed again and demanded they Wire the remaining funds. Radio silence.

I know these crooks are based overseas (Costa Rica?) but is there any recourse I can get if these folks don’t send me the remaining $30? Trade organization, governing body of some sort? I understand $30 is not a lot but what they are trying pull off is a joke.

Maybe I don't understand properly, but it sounds like you are confused here about juice always being fixed on both sides.

You shouldn't have a beef with that. That is normal at any bookie.

Sorry, no interest in dealing with bogus currencies. I requested cash and these stooges should be able to accommodate that without issue. They must be desperate to grab their customers' cash while they can. The advent of legalized sports betting in the US will eliminate about 70% of their base.

MyBookie isn't really a great book and if you are betting there for any reason but for the bonuses it doesn't make much sense. I'm guessing you don't understand how easy bitcoin is which is why you are hating on it. You don't need to hold bitcoin just transact in it. It's much easier and quicker.

Yeah, at least elaborate. So many times people come here and post that they were scammed when in reality they didn't follow the rules or took a bonus not realizing or knowing what a rollover was or they themselves did something wrong.

MyBookie is no A+ rated site but it's unlikely they straight up scammed you of $540.

                            I love mybookie.ag

I have been an extremely satisfied customer there for years. I find this bashing to be completely out of line. They have pros and cons just like any other online book. I trust them 100% and never had a problem. Great support as well.

mybookie has paid me well over 10k with no issues. They take forever to pay, and it goes quicker if you pester them about your payout. But they have no scammed me and I've had pretty big balances there.

They're advertising the .net site which deals with points as their workaround. It's been assumed before (including myself) they're advertising the free site and just hoping you either Google the site (or go to the .net site) and eventually end up on the real money site.

Scambookie trying to get me again with taking as long as possible to pay me out in hopes that Ill lose it back. Not gonna happen . I requested a withdraw for 5k on Sunday and after having all sorts of issues I talked to a couple of support people on the phone and they finally processed my withdraw $100 short of course even using bitcoin. They claimed the max they could do its 5k so I said fine. I still have a decent size balance on there and tried to withdraw another 5k today and they declined it and told me to contact them. It's been over an hour now and still waiting to hear back. I was even nice to those fuckers over the phone. Next time I won't be. Ill be a real fcking assh0le.
