I decided to try out this site since it looked pretty good and they were offering a nice bonus which was a big mistake. I ended up doing a small deposit of 100.00 and got the match bonus of another 100. I ended up rolling over the bonus so I decided to withdraw and thats when the nightmare began. The verification process included me sending them over 20 pics of my passport with me holding it by my face for half of them. I've used the same ID for every sportsbook and never had an issue. I deposited via my **** debit card so they said they needed proof of ownership. I sent them my statement which includes my name account number and shows the transaction of me depositing. The problem is they keep saying it doesn't show my debit card number which NO bank in Canada does. I kept explaining to them that its a **** debit card in Canada so it would just show the account information and not debit card number. I even offered to get the statement stamped at the bank but that wasn't good enough. So long story short they wont let me withdraw until I send in a document that doesnt exist lol. As of late they just ignore me and never give me a manager or do anything. I tried leaving a complaint on sbr but no one got back to me. Anyone have any idea of what I could do? Thanks
