Aha, now I get it - they limit one account and if you are to open new one, they take PT right away and if that another account seems to be used by the same customer, they opt to start investigation etc, ok, I understood a bit differently (like they stop offering services completely).

In terms of reputacion AC as advantage over the competition, they have been long enought and never weard somebody not getting paid, other brokers come and go, I dont trust 100% any broker they all look a bit shady.

Yes I checked and Asiaodds platform has the same limits as private Pinnacle account, also I made almost all of my profit on Asiaodds platform and I have 90 percent of the balance there
I placed few more bets and made additional 10k profit
I did not receive any letter yet and I am unable to withdraw anything

They are not. His limits at his private Pinnacle account from AsianConnect (PS3838) are the same like they are on his AsianOdds account. So it was right, AsianConnect did cut his limits.

It's for the first time I've heard about personal limits at AsianConnect.

They keep telling me I should wait for some letter to arrive, 2 weeks have passed there is no letter and probably it will never arrive, who uses post office in year 2018? besides I already sent them 10 different documents and completed Skype video call,
I tried to call them on Skype they did not wanted to speak with me, I asked them why don't they have this procedure before accepting deposit if that is all about safety as they keep lying
I think that letter is just a trick from them to have excuse not to pay
I would be more than happy if I just get my deposit back

Are there some legal option i can do against them if i dont get paid?

Well if some 3rd party company (and not them) is sending you funds via wire, you can't really do anything as that company reckon is not "recognized" by Curacao - I might be wrong.

On another hand, you can pursue your case with Skrill and send all the proofs you can that they are using Private Skrill accounting option to conduct their business and see what happens; wouldn't get my hopes up given that they don't use merchant accounts and it would be hard to "make a case" against them...

If I were you, I would make screenshots as soon as possible, as they must be looking at this thread and your account might become locked out.

I even offered them if they have any problem with me and verifying my identity, although they shouldn't have as they received a number of different documents as I mentioned
I can come to their office with my passport to verify it is me, if they have office in ******** as I received 100 e from company registered there I will pay for ticket myself just to end this as it lasts for months

They don't have any office there. They are located in Asia. Head office in Manila I believe.

Nothing changed letter did not arrive
They sent me some website and tracking number i can post it here but i cant see there where the letter is
I forwareded all the corespondence with them to SBR
I sent them I can personally come to their office with my passport and they refused that and they keep telling about a letter
It is just a trick to have an excuse not to pay
Documents I sent them: id, passport, driving licence, boat licence, multipleutilty bills and bank statements, selfie, selfie with and note in my hand, spoke with them Skype video call, confirmation that I received 100€ from them and I think that s it so this is not about identity check
Also i gambled there a bit more, made some profit and lost all of it later, maybe they are stalling because they think I will bet more, but i wont go below 47k i had, so they can forget about it
