Withdrawal process has taken nearly a month and no response. Their chat is a joke and always refer to send emails, but no one is answering. What can I do to get my money back?

Hi Sakari. It seems there are quite a few people in your situation according to this thread on the forum: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...right-now.html with Betcruise telling SBR that people will get paid but not at the moment. If you haven't already file a complaint form here as they're at least communicating with SBR and that may help you receive your money a bit quicker when they do start paying people again.

Lots of people waiting for their money, some of them been waiting months. As far as I understand ( and wrote in the other thread) there is a huge risk that everyone will not be payed. They apparently can't pay ANYONE at this time.

You understand me completely wrong. I just want that other people do not start using bookies that probably do not will be able to pay. Just like I want to be warned myself, in such a time that it is not too late.
I do not focus anger at SBR at all, where do you see my anger? But without anger I notice that a C book apparently can be related to big risk just like someone said to me earlier. In fact my the most important thing is to get my money back and I know that if the rating would go down it would the it only harder to me to get my money back. They got withdrawals from months ago not payed yet, maybe the pay them first IF the pay. In my opinion it is a miracle if everyone gets payed. I hope I am wrong.Comment
