The rollover what I must be done was 18000 and I did it painfully because its x10 time rollover while he have a limit 750 $ on football bets. So, after I done rollover, my account balance was 5244 $ and I requested a withdraw 5000 $. Next I received an email with request ID photo and I sent them my scans of ID. After one day I received email about investigation about shared IP and finally I received email with their decision about deducted from my account all my winnings and bonus and I had only 1500 $, so they grabbed my 3744 $. And whats the point. I was very confused and I was tryied explain all that situation. In my country be the biggest and monopoly communication company, his name is Telekomunikacja Polska and he is biggest internet operator of Neostrada internet. That internet have variable IP and somethimes someone have similar IP even if someone lives further 500 km. And that internet use few milions peoples in my country. I explained they its not my fault and why I must have that big cost like 3744 $. I sent him my paper bank statement also. And so? All the time they talk about his terms and conditions and their decision is finally. This is crazy, its not shared IP, its not my fault, and he dont want understand that and I lost 3744 $, that rules its their key to grab money. And next why they deducted from my account all my winnings during I played by my deposit 1500 $?
