#37I’m not sure why people on here think SBR is some magical governing body. They do everything they can to get books to pay. If you’re a book, you would clearly want a good rating by SBR. That’s essentially the only leverage they have on any shop. Other than that, what else can be done? If the book says they aren’t paying, that’s the end of it.Comment -

#39Hi I'm new to this forum and if i had read about this firsthand I would have not bet on MYbookie. I have an account with Bovada and their great. Cash out is fast and no problems. I learned my lesson now. I have deposited $1000 and won and now I have rollovers, they said i need to wager $7k to cash out that means I will never see this money again.Comment -

SBR doesn't seem to do anything for players other than collect the check.Comment -

#42Update:
After afew weeks of phone tag I finally got in touch with the representative that put the limit on in the first place.
They are making me comply with rule #28, However they have lifted the limit, provided I only bet spreads and totals on full games.
My hands are bound pretty tight here but at least it's not a complete no-pay situation.Comment -

#44On 2 March 2019, I telephonically contacted MyBookie.ag, a sports gambling website, to inquire about missing funds from a payout I had requested and later received on 25 February 2019 to my bank account. The payout I requested was for the remaining balance in my account $339.38, minus the $35 wire transfer fee charged by MyBookie.ag, which came out to $304.38. The amount I received in my account was $279.38, amounting to a shortage of $25.
When I spoke to the representative at MyBookie.ag, he said the $25 was due to "an internal processing fee." I disputed that assertion and noted no such fee was advertised on the site. After some back and forth, the representative said he would put $25 in my MyBookie account; advised this was unsatisfactory and I wanted the $25 that was owed to me.
The representative put his manager on. The manager apologized for the "fee" and said it was their fault. He said he would fix the situation by putting $25 in my account and if I got my account up to $100 I could withdraw the money and they would waive the transfer fee. It was then that I realized this was a scam and I refused the $25 credit. When I advised I would contact my credit card company and dispute the last deposit to my account, the manager said he would have me "blacklisted." In a threatening tone he further stated he would have collections after me if I disputed the charge. Lastly, he said it sounded like I was "broke" because I wanted $25 instead of playing on their site. I told the manager he was a thief and hung up the phone.
It took several phone calls from me just to get this payout. After doing some open source Internet research, I found this site and learned that MyBookie regularly engages in the practice of shorting clients their payouts so they are compelled to play/gamble more on their site. This is illegal and predatory.Comment -

They stole $1250 from me.
There has been nothing but bad things for so many since.
I don't remember ever seeing a book with so many complaints somehow get upgraded.Comment -

#47What is the follow up to this case? Did MyBookie ever respond to SBR? Did the guy ever get his dough? Is myBookie being downgraded? Inquiring minds want to know.Comment -
#48God help me! I ran my account up to $10,500 from a $1,400 deposit. Bet a lot of live sports... if they pull this bs with me I’ll say to them that they accepted the wagers and did not make limitations to the account, that’s their fault! Looks like it’s going to be a bitch getting my money! See what happens!Comment -
#49Anyone with money there should be withdrawing immediately, the Twitter war with bar stool sports is causing a run on their bank and I wouldn't be surprised if they fold very soon.Comment -
#50This is BS!!! They’ll probably try and pull this on me. Won almost $7000 on live sports. If they don’t want you to win in live sports than shut me off rather than pull some rule 28 nonsense!Comment -

I’m impressed with mybookie, was worried after reading all of the comments but I requested a bitcoin payment on 4/11 for the max payout of $5 and received almost $4975 tonight! First time player with the book. Deposited $1400 and now have $6500 in the book plus the almost $5k obtained tonight. So I only have good things for mybookie now.Comment -

#54Had a strange incident with this bookmaker.
After using their Live Chat to conform that they accept Bitcoin, I registered my account and verified via text message.
I was then told that that are NOT currently accepting Bitcoin

So I'm not sure what to think of this company. I have already unsubscribed from future junk messages.Comment -
#55Well mybookie has paid so can’t hold anything against them. Have around $6000 more in there that I will withdraw slowly. I wager big so maybe they want my business?
When I started the payout process I could tell they were going to play games because I had my to submit documentation twice. But I flat out told them that I’ve read bad things about their payout process and to my surprise got paid extremely fast. We’ll see how the rest of the withdraws go. Will not lose it back to them.Comment -

#57Hey everybody,
so i've spent the past month and a bit trying to comply with rule #28 via pre-game bets on handicaps and over-unders, just like they requested. I've lost a bit, but hey that's the game sometimes.
Today I got a call from one of their representatives in regards to this SBR feed. They have offered to give me back my initial deposit of $4980 back via btc payout. Still leaves me with a bit more in the account to rollover, but is definitely a very positive development in this whole story.Comment -
#58Do Not Use MyBookie.ag
Dear Players who want to win:
I wanted to cash out 1520 on bitcoin. That Wednesday night I was rejected because of risk managements problem with my betting practice. The lines department told the person I called on the phone the 50/50 rule. They apparently had problems with me winning mlb and NBA prop bets. I figured this rule sounded really sketchy. Obviously, I know they set me up to lose all of my winnings. By Thursday night, I lost all of it. They stiffed me out of my $1520 that is rightfully mine. All the said was we had to follow the house rules. I said, do not pretend to care and say we're just following the procedure nonsense. The response I get from phone calls is unsatisfactory. So my fellow players, stay away from MyBookie.ag!!! These people including lines specialist have no heart. They will make up a bunch of excuses in regards to why your payout request was rejected. They will take advantage of your pain of not getting paid on time.
These people are the most unprofessional, disgraceful I've ever encounter. I am aware sportsbook is a private business. Do they have the right to kick out professionals winning consistently? Absolutely. That's why sportsbook have risk management teams for a reason. Totally understandable. Protect yourselves from this heartless monsters because you players deserve respect and to be valued. They will stiff if your balance gets large.Comment -
