Bitcoin books with anonymous option?

Hi,

After recently discovering my identity was stolen during the holidays, I wanted to see if there are any books that do not require ID verification for bitcoin only depositors? I have parted ways with the book I had been using. I know nitrogen and fairlay offer this but are there any fiat books too?

I’d be interested in a low juice option like 5dimes but I’ve read they take awhile for payouts and require ID. Feedback?

Sorry if I did not make this clear, I see bitcoin still in a strong downtrend so looking for a book with USD balance, not bitcoin, hence why looking for other options besides Nitrogen.

Nothing more tilting than waking up, not placing any bets and losing 20% of your balance.
