BET IBC Bitcoin Deposit/Withdrawal page states 1.5% for deposits and 1% for withdrawals. Noted on this page is also a 3% fee for excess withdrawals in a week and a potential for higher charges for incorrectly filled out forms.
I was charged over 11.5% on my first deposit.
This included the following:
- 1.5% for the stated deposit fee
- 5% to expedite my deposit. I learned about this fee after I submitted my deposit. I was told that BTC was too volitile and that my deposit would take 24 hrs (this time frame is on their D/W page but not the fee to expedite). I explicitly asked the agent about fees on the chat before I made my first deposit with them and the agent failed to mention this initially.
- 5% to convert from BTC to Euro to deposit into the account. I was told this after the funds arrived in my account and was much less than what was delivered from my BTC wallet in an uptrending BTC market that day.
So in my case, BET IBC stole the 5% "conversion fee" that I did not agree to pay and would not have proceeded with the transaction had I known about both fees ahead of time. The 5% fee to expedite is fair game and I won't call this theft since I agreed to it after the fact. But I do ultimately agree with the OP that BET IBC engages in fraudulent activity. There was a lot of shadiness going on when I was trying to communicate with them which I did my best to leave out of what I think to be the relevant facts in what I've noted above.
