    Hi, I made a withdrawal request on Nov 27 2018 16:42id: 5193375539 Withdrawal request-1,000.00 EUR
    and they didnt pay me yet. I try to send emails to them allmost every day and they dont answer.
    I dont know what can I do with my problem, I just want to inform you about this shitty bookmaker called "betcruise". Thank you.
