I have now got the same reply as others after several months of waiting. In my message there is a difference, I have never succeed to withdraw anything, so now Betcruise claim that I will get back my initial deposit. This is not ass much as my winnings but at least some hundrerds IF they pay.

Betcruised surprised me a bit. They really paid something even if it was almost nothing, they made a 100 euros payment. This was not as much as I have deposited though. They answered to my mail this time and claimed that they in the future will pay rest of my deposit. They obviously cannot say when they will pay the rest(some hubdreds) and of course my winnings they have not any intention to pay.
It just lasted 8 months for them to pay 100 euors, maybe next part of my deposit will be paid after 8 months but probably this was the last payment from them.

Today I was free and while cleaning my mail inbox I saw their mail and decided to log in on betcruise.
I found 526.5e there!?
On day when they sent me mail, they cancelled my withdrawal ( most likely that withdrawal was requested months ago because I really forgot it) and deducted part of money.
I withdrew 526.5e and let's see what will happen

I have the same problem. Betcruise replied to my request for a withdrawal of my account
balance ($ 461) with a 10 month delay.
They said the following:
"Our security team has conducted an audit of your games at the BetCruise
portal. The investigation concluded that your bets were made not in
accordance with the BetCruise terms and conditions. Your account has
been blocked, and all bets have been nullified.
Funds that you received not in accordance with the portal rules have
been debited from your account. Regardless of the violation, the funds

I asked them
Please let me know in detail which term of your company was violated
and with which of my bets did this violation occur?
Their answer was
"In accordance with point 9.16 of the Terms & Conditions, we reserve the
right to deny players reports about their violations. Any decisions that
BetCruise makes are final and are non-negotiable."
Simply they are BIG SCAMMERS stay away from them.Comment -

My initial deposit of 300e was on balance and all winnings cancelled. So I've made 300e withdrawal and yesterday betcruise paid me 30e and the rest 270e are still pending.

They have now paid 170 euros of my deposits and answer to my mails and tell me because the account is inactive they will pay slower than ususally(?) and in parts. Of course I cannot be satisfied as my winnings are confiscated and it is everything but certain that they pay even all my deposits.
It is a bit odd though that they pay some deposits back even if it is small sums. Are they trying to pretend that they are honest, are they trying to keep some kind of reputation and maybe keep C rating here?Comment -

They paid me 170 euros over a month ago, after that nothing even if they promised to pay all my whole deposit back. IF they pay it will take years for this C rated bookie to pay some hundreds,and that is just the deposits, they stole the winnings . And to absolutely most they will not pay at all.Comment -
