    Mybookie.ag fraudulent bets........stolen money......crazy
Sorry for the long post but this is CRAZY.

So I won some $ playing Ride'Em Poker in the casino on this site on. I hit a straight flush and was playing the bonus for a total win of $2,402 on 3/12/19. It was late in the evening so I stopped playing shortly after that big hit. I played a little the next day 3/13/19 and lost around $140 playing the same game.

Today Friday 3/15/19 I logged in after work and was surprised my account balance was $0. I looked at the betting history and there was a series of bets at roughly 6:15 in the morning in the Live Casino playing blackjack. The series of bets were:

    Lose $1,000 (balance $1,281)
    Lose $1,000 (balance $281)
Win $4,000 (balance $4,281) - not sure how this one is even possible
    then lose $1,000. lose $1,000, lose $500, lose $1,000, lose $781 (balance $0)

I've reached out to MYBOOKIE.AG but I am highly skeptical the "escalation to department" is going to result favorably for me. I'm supposed to get a call or email within 24 hours. Maybe it's an error and I could see how this may sound like I am making it up but that $4,000 Win on a blackjack hand when the balance was $281 should at least offer some evidence. I have screenshots of the winning hand, my history, and the series of fake blackjack bets. I hope it's an error but I immediately had the suspicion MYBOOKIE.AG stole the money I won.

I've NEVER played the Live Casino portion of the site and my typical play is Ride'Em Poker. I've probably deposited over $900 in the last 2 months playing that game. (dumb i know but it's a form of entertainment)

Any advice/thoughts? I'll update if I hear anything from MYBOOKIE.

They are a scam book. Many years ago I was up like 2k from a 200 dollar deposit and tried to cash out. For MONTHS I heard NOTHING and gave up. There is no reason to play there.

I was trying to post the screenshots to show the bonus win and the fake blackjack bets but I don't know how to post pictures.

Ant23 - yeah I made my 2nd post ever a big lie after browsing this forum for years because why???

Been trying to get mybookie.ag to pay me $2,300 since September. Basically wrote it off as a loss. It's the risk you take when you play with these garbage books.

I don't get gmail spam on my phone or in outlook. I logged into my email from the browser and the mybookie customer service emails were going to spam folder.

I saw a message that said I had no rollover requirements after I asked what my current status was. So they said I had no rollover requirements on Wednesday afternoon and mysteriously I have no balance as of early Friday morning after these ridiculous bets were placed in a 2 minute span....

I guess I could dispute the last 2-3 months deposits with the credit card issuer.

Ant's right to a point. I've used Heritage for years and no issues. Got moved over from The Greek a long time ago. Guess I bought into all the add $ they were throwing out and decided to play. Podcast guys etc...

That said - I understand having payout delays and wild rollover requirements but I never thought I'd witness something like I'm seeing now. Also wanted to point out I'm not making this up...it's too crazy to make something like this up.

Hopefully by posting my experience it helps others deciding where to play. This is straight fraud and unless resolved they deserve an F- rating.

I submitted a form and emailed supporting documentation. Hopefully we can get this resolved and/or exposed.

A shop like Mybookie.ag will stiff anyone who they think doesn't post on forums. And when you think 90% of offshore players know nothing about forums, well that's pretty scary.

I'm sorry for anyone that has payout issues or any other issues with the site I was using. I do feel I should make a follow up post because I really went on a rant in my 2nd ever post at SBR and I exhausted alot of other tools as well trying to get my issue fixed.

Supposedly the CSR I contacted on Friday evening did not create a "ticket" to fix the issue. So after I was not contacted in the fiirst 24 hours I panicked. I contacted MYBOOKIE.AG again last night and was informed there was no steps taken after my first complaint. I was still skeptic. I reached out via email, SBR complaint form, and Twitter for help last night.

The phone call I received tonight explained the issue and helped rectify the issue. Maybe I panicked too soon or maybe I made enough fuss that my issue was corrected. Based on the response from the rep that called me, I feel comfortable with this place for the time being. We'll see what happens with the payout I'm about to request.

Thanks for everyones comments and help! I've been a lurker for years (obviously) but maybe I'll try to post more in the future.

Short answer = hackers. The guy I spoke with said the security team said the IPs were coming "from all over the place". Said it was more of a nuisance attack than anything. My documentation has been verified and payout is pending.

I'll be moving back to Heritage when all is settled. I will leave a small balance in mybookie since it was resolved as long as the payout isn't an issue.

Gotta love the "hackers" that log into accounts to lose it in live casino... how does that benefit them in any way? Sure benefits the book.

Haven't checked in for awhile but I actually did get paid. They said they had to check rollover requirement but verified I took no bonuses. It took awhile but I did cash in for $2k and lost most of the remaining balance. I was surprised I got it to be honest. No longer using them obviously.

Mybookie and Xbet are the biggest scam books out there. Owed me $1300 since January. Closed my act with no excuse.. Except that i took a lot in bonus money the prior year..

I’m sure the “Hackers” would have gotten away with it if he hadn’t posted about it on here.

Those “Hackers” must be wicked smart, knowing exactly which accounts hit big four hours before, searching for these accounts from spots all over the globe, and then draining them in the live casino in an act which couldn’t possibly benefit the “Hackers.”

Which is more likely, the mysterious “Hacker” scenario draining an account they could never profit from, from the far reaches of the world, or that MyBookie GM and noted thief Jake Slater or one of his Lackeys is said “Hacker” draining accounts. ???
