I'm from Poland and hate them, because they've destroyed Polish market by lobbying for 12% stake tax and restrictions for international brands to enter Polish market.
Hard to say if they will be reliable with new brand under BetConstruct, but I'd stay careful like with all BetConstruct bookies.

i registered there now, offer and limits were quite good, comparable to vbet inplay, but the limitation came quite quickly (played only inplay) after about 1700euro profit (initial deposit was 500Euro).

Now I sent my documents for verification and will request the withdrawal.

The Verification took some time, they wanted two times additional documents (selfie with ID and a Photo of my CC).

4 days ago I made a withdrawal request (1000 Euro), but status is still pending.

Yesterday and today I was in the live chat and they said that they have forwarded it to the relevant department and it would be processed as fast as possible.

I will keep you updated

Update

After my second visit in the live chat it went really fast!

My first withdrawal request and the second following were processed within minutes and I have now received the full balance via Neteller.

So, nothing to complain about from my side!

You are declaring that you dont have problem with withdrawal. On the 2nd of may I won a lot of money - over 15k. Made request for withdrawal, waited 72h (time frame)through which they assured me that I will get my money. But right when the 72h passed they cancelled my request because of some updates. They made it 3times. And after the 3rd time they told me to use anither method for withdrawal. And beforehand I have to make depisit with anither card that has to be verified by enclosing bank statement and screen od card. But after verification from their department there also was some problems and I couldnt make withdrawal also with anither methid. I think they are frauds! It is insane not be able to get my won money for 10 days!!

18500€ i won from 2000€ deposit... 3x told cancel my withdrawal that updating system... i deposit with paysafe now and made withdrawal for few hours told me that updating paysafe I must withdarwal with credit card..for few hours told me that I must witdrawal with netteler... 3 horus i wrote on chat I dont withdrawal with netteler because my witdrawal on paysafe can not cancel.. I must wait.. and after 72 hours tell me that updating netteler.. they are liaryin me... I am desperate... I want my money...

So your net profit was 16.5k and you requested 15k for a withdrawal, did I get you right there?

Did you ask Flo for help? What did he say?

BTW you should not contact the live chat of STS but the email support (support@stsbet.com) if you have not already done so. The live chat is being operated by a third-party provider which is not very qualified.

Besides, I think it's just a matter of time until they pay you if you have not done anything wrong (e.g. bonus abuse). But you have to understand that 15k is not an everyday amount for soft books, especially not for smaller books like STS. Most books would do an extensive KYC here. It's frustrating that they say you get paid just to ask you for more documents or use another withdrawal method a few days later but I think it's part of their extensive KYC process. Try to be patient. This book doesn't look like a scam to me. There is another Polish sportsbook based on the BetConstruct software called Lvbet which has been a solid book for years. They always paid, also larger amounts. STS just launched in Germany a few months ago. If there was already a scam case they would shoot themselves in both feet regarding publicity.

May I ask where you come from? Eastern Europe?

BTW I didn't even know that it is possible to withdraw via Paysafe. You need to be registered at Paysafe to receive money, right?

HI man... today They write to live chat that I make withdrawal for skrill, first 10000€ and later 8561... I dont trust him, but I made withdrawal and I receive money for 2 minutes on my skrill wallet.I got a mail in which you apologized and explained the whole situation. The mail was trustworthy and I believe them. They had technical problems and they didn't explain it to me good enough on live support.
