Actually I might try Heritage I've never used them before. One of few "top-tier" books I don't have an account.

Don't touch HRWager. Payouts limit $3000 per month. Can only withdrawal up to your total lifetime deposit via bitcoin. All profits must be cashed out via check which has a 5% fee + $50. Meaning $2000 withdrawal costs you $150 in fees...

These mickey mouse books share info also...I was shown the door within 5 minutes of creating an account...
