My problem is when I click on sports on the home page after logging in, nothing happens, the curser acknowledges I’ve clicked on it but won’t bring up anything. I have to always go to something else first to bring up sports, like go to account, pending wagers, daily figures, etc. then I can access sports from there, it’s not the end of the world but I question what’s going to happen when trying to withdrawal using the cashier, will it work? I’m just using mobile for now
If I use IE/Edge the site works fine, so it must be something in my firefox settings
later

Reason: IE/Edge adding
the old site came back for one log in earlier now back to new one though...the worst not considering the loading is the pending bets are pain to view and the available balance does not update

There are couple things I like about it, but overall painful to view and to use. I check it a lot less than I used to.
Books need to understand that readability and speed are what people want.
The idea of having a narrow strip of screen in the middle, flanked by overly wide side tabs seems to be some new (and incredibly annoying) fad. The Twitter redesign might the most egregious example of real estate misuse.
Firefox, like I said it just doesnt do anything under sports, but live betting, casino, and live casino all come up once clicked on. If I go to the menu at the top left I can access it from there fine, thanks

People complain about the plain 15-20+ year old looking 5 Dimes look and want it shinier, but I find it easiest. Simpler the better. Al Arbour...If it Ain't Broke......

oh it is WORLDS ahead now....IT HAS TO BE PROVEN ---that the website design =PROFIT....there is no other reason to make a site less useable and more difficult to find lines AND look as current tickets...

Keep in mind I have heritage bookmarked from years ago. Are you guys on different site than heritagesports.eu ?
Mine is bookmarked as well. .eu
I just thought they were done with the old layout?
When they initially released the new layout months ago... it was very inconsistent..... when you selected a team it took a long time to load. That circle would spin (in the center of the screen) for a long time. That's why I liked the old version/layout a lot better.
But now... I'm just used to the slowness. It isn't as bad as before.... it's a tad slower than other sportsbooks... but I'm not the type to bitch about it. If Heritage is trying to convert everyone over to the new style one day... it's fine by me.
I just have a feeling when football season hits... could it get even worse??? Meaning... will it become slower?? And slower??? Who knows?

Money, does your available balance show correct and refresh with correct balance? Mine doesn’t and it’s major pain esp when I’m high volume horses tracks....also does your pending wagers show or do you have to click on each one to show? Again when you have 15 tickets going it’s major pain to click on each to see wager....those are my 2 big complaints along with the site works horrible on iPad the desktop version
I just don't understand why I still get classic view with Chrome while others don't. Just to be clear, are first two options on upper bar Sports New in gold and Sports in white? That what I have and i get classic under the plain Sports.
Also, has anyone tried one of the mirror sites to see if they can access classic? Either hsbackup, com or 5558800,com

Well... from what I remember... if you're doing Heritage Live wagering... it doesn't quickly update the current balance. (Is that sort of the same? The Horse racing platform and the Live Wagering platform?) But again... I can't confirm 100% because I haven't used Live Wagering since the NBA Playoffs. But, if you're placing a regular straight wager when picking a sport... The available balance does update within seconds... if not instantly.
From what I remember... after placing a wager from the Live Menu... I quickly... click on anything to update my available balance... and then go right back into the Live Wager platform. I'm not 100% sure though.

I don't get the Sports in white anymore. All I have is the Sports New. You might of hit the nail on the head with that LT. I think that's it. I remember clicking the Sports in white before.... like... weren't they side by side at the top of the screen? All I have is the Sports NEW option.
I never knew about Heritage's mirror sites... I just tried both and the old layout wouldn't load. It was the new layout. Thanks though.

I'll never understand why people complain about 5D's site. Who cares if it's flashy? I like it because it's simple, it works, and it's easy to find everything. The more complex a site is, the more bugs it has.
A little off tangent...but does anyone else use heritage closing lines feature? The link is at the bottom of the page and you can use it look their closing lines for prior days.
It used to work but hasn't for a while now. And cs is absolutely clueless on how to address it.
Classic format still works for me as a reference point.
As someone was talking about on a previous post, I don't mind 5Dimes' website, but wish they would tweak "Bet the Board" where you could enter amounts and have the option of choosing whether the amounts you enter being risk or to-win, rather than it being a default "to win" if you're laying money and "risk" if the odds are + money. I know it offers that on single bets page, but a simple tweak would make it much more convenient to use when browsing multiple options.
