Agree that it should be fine once in a while but not high volume or large amounts.
They are super convenient but seem easy to spook..Comment -
#9Option not available or giving an error?
I thought your account there had all options enabled after they approved your ID last time, so I am not sure anyway really.
Hopefully one of the regular users will be able to give a clue..Comment -

#16I've had that error when trying to do more than 2 transactions in a day from my bank debit card into the Cash App whether to send money or buy Bitcoin. Was able to get help quick from their Twitter account. Basically their suggestion was to slow my roll and just do 1 big deposit transaction if possible than a bunch of smaller ones into Cash App. I think it also helps I have history with them even before Bitcoin.Comment -
#17they closed my account, i opened up another one, they kept giving me , 'you are unale to buy bitcoins at this time" but its allowing me to deposit and cashoutComment -
#18I bought Btc using cashapp and then withdrew to my external wallet last night. Cash app says the withdrawal went through and the money was taken from my cashapp account but is still not showing up in my wallet? Should I be concerned?Comment -
#19sometimes they delay a bit or pops up after 1 confirmation...check and see if the transaction has hit blockchain if yes then refresh your receiving wallet...Hope thats all it is a they have awful CSComment -
#22Stupid mistake on my part.. I use Airbitz and was expecting a notification from them about the transaction. I forgot they had upgraded to Edge. Once I logged into Edge, the transaction was there. From cashapp, the transcation to Edge took about 30 mins.Comment -

It’s the easiest, quickest app I’ve used. I hate that they’re apparently pretty touchy because I’d use it exclusively if I didn’t fear for it to be shut down. Currently waiting “4-5 days” for a buy at Gemini to be available to be withdrawn to wallet. So stupid, I have no idea why they do that and if I knew that was gonna be the case I wouldn’t have used them. I guess it’s worth having them as an out though. Wish I could just use cash app for everything though. Not interested in having a damn portfolio of shit, just want to get the coin.
I could always just not go bust though, and never have to worry about these hold times. That’ll be my goalComment -

#29someone fraudulently set up a cash app account in my name... they close legitimate accounts yet it took me forever to close a fraudulent one, and they refused to give me any info (phone #/email/etc) that would've helped in investigating.
they claimed "privacy". i said so your privacy rules say you can't even read me my own phone number?Comment -

Might be worth asking CashApp if they have reported this fraud to their regulator or police too..Comment -

all they gave me was square's address in san francisco and were blatantly clear that the headquarters would only reply to a question from law enforcement. well it's not too easy to get the milwaukee police to send letters back and forth to san francisco asking for information, they would rather call someone.Comment -
#33lawenforcement@squareup.com is the contact address for LE enquiries.
I doubt they allowed to speak on the phone as the company would want everything documented..Comment -
