BETUS closed my account and forefeitied winnings

I have been using BetUs for over 2 years. Always depositing 1000 usd or more. Got limitations on all bets from 3000 usd to 500 usd to finaly 100 usd per game. I play only soccer, tennis and NBA. Everytime i deposited i requested bonus (otherwise i would be playing pinnacle only, right?!) and I always got bonus from Betus. Lost several thousand USD there as I know... They are in big surplus with my play. Few days ago I deposited 1000 USD again, got 1000 usd free play and placed several bets on soccer (100 usd each up to 250 usd max for major leagues), played parlays also. When i tried to log on account 8/15/2012 i got message "account not available at the moment". I went to chat and i was told my account was closed for "not recreational play". I wanted to speak with someone who is responsible so person on chat called me on my mobile phone and directed me to this supervisor manager. I asked him what kind of BS is this today? Told him i play same way for 2 years. He didnt want to explain me anything just keep on saying on some hindu-american english "We dont want your play. We dont want your play." OK, I said, send me back my money and we are done. BETUS confiscated all free play winings and paid me real money deposited + winings form real money wagers. The strange thing also is that usualy when withdrawing i had to wait for at least 5 working days for some of their "managers" to even take a look at my withdrawal request. then after deciding that request is legit i had to wait another 2 days for money to hit my Moneybookers account. All that time there was a note saying "waiting for manager authorization" or something like that. This time i got my money in less 48 h total! So, even before they could give payout in 2 days total but they are intentionaly stalling withdrawals so people would feel inconvinient when withdrawing THEIR money. What a terror! STAY A WAY from BetUS!

Your lucky to get anything back from Betus, anyone with any knowledge of this industry knows better than to deal with Betus, I had a similar experience with EZ street, after hitting a few wagers the closed me out and confiscated my winnings,both real money and FP, after contacting SBR's Justin7 , he was able to get them to pay me my real $ winnings but none of the FR winnings. Good luck.

Fill out a complaint, and we will help you. I handle most of the BetUS complaints... If it is as simple as you suggest, this isn't fair. Give us a chance to talk to BetUS and get all your winnings (or find out if they have a valid reason to withhold winnings). If they are outright mugging you, your dispute might be the feature on the next SBR Industry video.

Justin7, i sent you this my first post as complaint even before i copy/pasted it here on forum as a new thread. It is that simple. I deposited 1000 usd (as maaaany times before), arranged 1000 usd free play bonus with person on their live chat service. As I was limited to 100 usd to max 250 usd for etc Spain Primera soccer division for some time i placed a several bets (single & parlay) taking place this weekend. So, bets were pending on 8/15/2012. Than i tried to log on to my account and it was closed. So i went to chat, they called me, connect me with their supervisor manager who didnt want to explain anything. He said that pending bets are cannceled, those made with real money returned to my account, freeplay bonus erased and winnings from 2 bets i played before closure forefeited. Reason, i had rollover to fullfill - 20 000 usd. And as the account is closed, i wont be able to finish rollover so freeplay bonus is canceled as well as winings generated via that freeplay.
What a bunch of clowns.

So, long story short - freeplay winings are forefeited because rollover cant be completed!

I would be glad if you would make video about this, but I would like to hear what will they say to you also!
