Joknara, I'm considering doing the same thing if my funds are ever changed from bonus to cash. I'm up around $250 from the $25 no deposit promo. Their telling me that since I have a $10 future NFL bet pending that they can't convert until all wagers posted with bonus money are completed. That would lock up all my funds until NFL Regular season ends. No withdraws until that. Crazy ! Please, do me a solid. Could you please check their house rules to see if I'm missing that stipulation. I didn't see so I placed ONE 10 dollar future bet. Thanks. Keep us posted about the payout request, Ok.

It seems to be unhelpful to them too, as far as the promo generating new depositing players.

Maybe try emailing and ask that your request be escalated to a manager and just ask if they can cancel that future so you can get on with actually using the account.

If you can get to the right person I think they would do that.

Thanks Optional for the suggestion. if you check the earlier Email with conversations from their CS reps you'll see that I asked to deal with a manager. Still waiting on a response to that Email. Do you know of any manager at DSI that may respond back to any Email requests ? I"ve played there off and on and with Cris for years.

Too bad Optional. I did however pass along a Email suggesting that the futures wager be cancelled and the matter be escalated to a manager. Hopefully, I get at least a response, and who knows maybe it will be favorable. Although, from other posters here and their problems with DSI, I don't expect to hear anything from them. That's unfortunate too, DSI used to be a decent book.

Well lol not really but after I got to 100% I clicked on the "bonuses" tab or whatever for my account and it had a convert button...did it convert...FUK NO THIS IS BetDSI of course nothing is as it seems...immediate error message pops up that I cant convert and that I needed to contact customer service to convert...anyway after disabling adblocker I was able to talk to their live chat which converted it....LOOK THIS IS A DUMP WITH A CAPITAL D/F- RATED BOOK ALL DAY LONG...I hope you guys get paid unfortunately they finally got me on the 50th additional surprise rollover and wanted my DNA SS, UTILITY BILL, LICENSE ETC anyways so take a shot with their freebet and hope you get paid if you're lucky to win and rollover umpteen times but NEVER EVER DEPOSIT into this dump and you'll be fine

I don't know anything about $10 future bet. I seen it when logging in to claim the promo but didn't touch it. But anyway -Earlier today -talk to a guy named Brian and told me I'll get my funds by end of the day so we'll see.

I'm dealing with the same thing, but I figure it's my fault for placing more wagers than I needed to to meet the rollover, so I'm not pressing the issue. Besides, it's not locking up all of my funds - only the bonus.

Look, I'm not going to sit here and argue that BetDSI is a great book or anything. There is clearly a tier of books or two that are better. But based on this post, you're calling them a "dump book" because a button on their website didn't work? And when you contacted their Customer Service, they accomplished for you what you expected the button to do? Really? That seems a little unreasonable.

I put in a request for the payout but I have to respond to email from them for the payout to happen.
I used them 12-15 years ago along with cris. I really like their current website.Its really cool.Better than heritage and bookmaker.loads fast.I hate to see negative post towards anybody but it is what is.

I tried cashout the no deposit $25 as well but after five days of a run around they closed my account for “multiaccount” . Had been playing with them since 2010 and never a problem until now. Good luck to all others trying to cash out this promo.

Oh that is sick, there is no pt in multiaccout on DSI since they give out bonus like hot cake. What is the pt of multiaccount unless their line is good and bonus is easy to clear, it is neither. That's suck if they give me the run around than lock up my 4g+ account.

Cowards as well, don't even have the common courtesy, to respond to their Emails. A disgrace to the industry. I have to think that it won't be long that they will be out of business.

There was a time made a deposit with the plastic .couple month went by and kind of built a decent bank roll but couldnt get nothing cuz had no resource to verified the plastic due to losing it somewhere.I wont name the book but got me so sick. Is that a good move by the book?

Bet DSi stole 10k from me, so that's my reason for a dissing comment. As long as you don't win at DSI you should be fine. I sent in a 5k deposit, won close to 5k more, and then all 10k was removed from my account. Spent the last year trying to recover it. Just received the following email from them:

I am advised that it has been determined by Senior Management that the funds will not be returned to your account.

There was absolutely no reason to take these funds. I was a winning better and they simply removed all the funds from my account.

I got a return Email on my inquiries Friday. It's been determined by management that my bonus money will not convert to cash until ALL pending wager made using bonus money is graded. Then they added that this case is now closed. So, as it stands, a $10 future play of Jacksonville to win their division will hold up all transactions via cash, no withdraws until NFL Regular Season ends. All this because I accepted a $25 Free Play no deposit wager. The wager won and I have since ballooned it to $300. Best thing I can hope for, is to continue winning, and that maybe by then DSI will be under new management, and I get the opportunity to get CASH and withdraw it. Play their at your own risk if your depositing your money.
