It has been four weeks since I turned $650 into $1710.09. I asked for eCheck payment of $650, they "changed the rules" on their website and asked me for front & back of both my driver's license and credit card used to deposit cash, and a utility bill. When I complained this is not what your website indicates, they indicated OK, because you complained, we're giving you your initial $650 back (Via the credit card I used) - to date this hasn't been done. I called them back and provided ALL the info they asked for (I'm NOT dumb, I'm a cyber-security manager by trade, so I informed both my bank and my credit card firm that I would NOT be taking any money out for next 3 months - unless I did it in person), but then they "changed the rules again" and now indicated that they don't transfer funds to Federal Banks. My bank is NOT a Federal bank (I called the bank to verify this before call MyBookie), but they indicated that since Wikipedia and Google indicate that it is a Federal Bank, they won't send there. So I changed tactics and asked for $810.09 out of a wire transfer. This was denied because I didn't provide the IBAN code... even though banks in the US don't use IBAN codes (This time they failed to send an email like all the other times, as I pointed out in their email that it was wrong (When they said my bank was a Federal Bank and that was the only thing stopping them from sending me my funds. MyBookie is appearing to look more and more like one big scam. I'm holding out hope that this venue can remediate that. I just want all my money at this juncture ($1,710.09) and the name of a reputable site (I'll only start w/$100 in the future and take money out every time I win $500 - and add only when I lose everything). Anyone else have this kind of experience?

IBAN is a European thing. It's not used here in Australia either.
When I receive wires from banks that insist on an IBAN code, I use my bank routing number followed by my account number (all together no spaces or dashes)
You should try calling your bank again. Even if they do not have an IBAN number for you to use, they should be able to give you a solution to use in this situation like I use. It's not an uncommon issue for Americans dealing with European businesses..Comment -

I did the Bitcoin route yesterday, I'll post what happens... yet, they never placed my original $650 back on my credit card as they indicated they would, leaving only $1060.09 in my bank to ask for the Bitcoin payout (Indicating on the phone that it can take two or three weeks for it to show up on my credit card - it's over three weeks).Comment -
Submit a complaint form if you haven't. Let the process work, be patient. If everything is on the up & up, you'll get your funds and have a good lesson to reflect on. I'd help you If I could, but I'm retired from illegal and doing regulated.Comment -

Bitcoin prevents most of this crap. They still may have asked for DL and possibly utility bill though.
MyBookie is certainly not a great site. I have a couple grand there stuck in rollover still but every time I bet there it feels less safe to do so.
Bookmaker/BetOnline/Heritage are your best options going forward. They won't pull any shit whatsoever.

Semi-GREAT news (Thus far)!!! My bitcoin payout was approved: "Your payout request has been authorized. Keep in mind that bitcoin payments are free and sent within 24 hours." I just checked and the initial $650 has still not been added to my credit card. I'll wait and follow-up on Monday with them via phone if not credited back by then, or if something wrong with Bitcoin payout. Once you choose another book, you should be aware that what MyBookie asked you for is not abnormal for US offshores. Don't challenge their requirements if you want a smooth payout next time. I'm not saying that what they're doing is justified, but I'm not surprised to hear that they grew suspicious of you once you refused to cooperate.
If you use debit/credit, you'll certainly have to provide all of the above. Even if you use bitcoin, you'll quite often have to provide everything besides a picture of the plastic (obviously). Good luck!Comment -
