Yesterday i received an email from LSBEt saying i had a 5 euros free bet to use. At the time i only had 4.19 euros on my account. I placed two bets then, the 5 euros free bet and the 4.19 euros from my account.The freebet was lost and the other one was won as you can see on the print screen above.
But instead of having 6.58 euros on my account, i only have 1.58. I spoke to them on the LiveChat and they said I used the freebet money to make that bet and refuse to give the 5 euros back
