I sent another question mark asking for an update and they seem to intentionally ignore me for now.

I have no idea how this website features here as one of the "best bookmakers" out there but I will definitely reach out to the site owner to inform him of my experience:

I will keep you posted if anything changes. Please be aware. This seems to be an extremely unscrupulous site using unscrupulous practices against its players.

I have just now received an answer and, unfortunately, due to technical issues, WebMoney is not available at the moment. Please try to withdraw the funds during tomorrow. We apologise for the inconvenience.

I will let you know tomorrow if anything changes, even though it doesn't sound credible to me.

Lol, are you serious? The site owner won't give a sh*t. A site that promotes 1xbet, 22bet and Betwinner (22bet and Betwinner are sister-sites of 1xbet) as three of his TOP 5 books is a criminal himself.

Personally had a mare getting my funds out from them. They had same technical issues with Neteller, at the end they forced me to diposit a small amount with card and withdraw to that card. They still had same issues, they forced me to diposit with another card and finally got paid.

I am not sure if you are referring to the same website or not.

I tried to do something similar, so now I made a $50 bitcoin deposit (the lowest amount you can deposit with Bitcoin is $50), I even rolled over that deposit, several times - I get the same trouble - the withdrawal button is not clickable and is greyed out and I cannot click on it.

I contacted their support again, they said:

I have forwarded your question to representative department. We will get back to you as soon as we receive an answer from them. Please kindly await.
So now I got $1,184 in the account, I stopped betting completely there now until this issue is resolved.

I am not sure what is going to be the outcome of this but I can tell you this is all very shady and unscrupulous, this is not a reliable website.

Here is a screenshot of what I see when I try to withdraw via Bitcoin - basically I am blocked from making withdrawals (but not from placing bets!)

The withdrawal button is not working today neither. I am pretty sure the admin has blocked it for me intentionally.

Okay, just an update - They did contact me back and told me to try and make withdrawals today.

Initially I tried to withdraw $1,000 via WebMoney, it didn't go through .... then I tried $500 and it went through.

I tried to withdraw the Bitcoin and it didn't go through, they told me they work on it and then later on the Bitcoin withdrawal went through.

So I managed to withdraw my Bitcoin back as well as $500 WebMoney.

I still have $632.31 in the account, I'm waiting to see what's gonna be with it. I will keep you posted.

Just don’t bet with it. That’s obviously what they’re wanting you to do is lose it.

I wonder if they’ve ever had this much trouble with their deposit buttons not working?

Of course not ... I am actually looking at Odsy88 now as you can see here - I am still shocked I used Bet-IBC with so many fees whilst I could have used Odsy88 with FREE deposits and withdrawals ... but anyway I am debating with myself if I should get back into it again or not ... the fact you can withdraw your winnings anytime and the minimum is 10 EUR is much more motivating (than the 100 EUR minimum set by Bet-IBC), the thing is I don't know when Odsy88 will change their policies, I guess they are so lenient now because they need more customers.

Anyway enough talking about agents - in regards to BetMaster, no, I am not using it, but I am still interested in withdrawing my funds out of it.

Good. I’m sure 99% of the folks in your position eventually get frustrated and lose it back. Books like this and MyBookie who is notorious for using these slow-pay no-pay tactics just plain suck.

I wish there was more regulation. When people don’t get paid as promised it’s theft.

I barely login to my account, I only exchange emails with them - and the only thing they said is "try again tomorrow" and "we are working on the problem" - not sure where they want to take it.

Also I tried placing bet with $1 - I get an error "Permission Error" - I am not even allowed to place bets or withdraw, I even tried placing a bet with the entire amount of $600ish - didn't work, same error "Permission Error" - so unlike others I cannot even lose the funds -

This website is terrible, 0 support.

They asked me today to use a card to make a deposit and then withdraw to the card but all my cards get declined as well (not sure which card worked for a poster who said he did it this way) ... I am not sure what to do ... it's frustrating and annoying.

No, I am no trying to figure out if this website is legit or not, I am trying to withdraw $634.31 that are stuck in the site, I cannot withdraw the funds and they keep on using stalling tactics - hypothetically if I would ever come across this site again I would stay away and won't deposit here even a dime!

I didn't notice this one loonie, Motorhead said he managed to withdraw using a card.
Motorhead - which card did you use? All my cards are being declined, I cannot place bets (get "Permission Error"), and I cannot withdraw neither.

They told me they would assist me today but they just ignored all my messages today, they are not replying and not helping with this issue at all.

After emails and messages ignored for several days, I tried chatting with them today on chat, they allowed me to withdraw $400 via WebMoney which I confirm I received.

I cannot withdraw the remaining $234 yet but this is a good progress.

Final update - Tatjana from BetMaster has emailed me today letting me know I can make a withdrawal via WebMoney, so I tried to withdraw the last $234 in my account balance and I can confirmed I have now received it successfully.

I have tried to change the title's name and remove the word "scam" from it although loonie55's experience has proven otherwise, and likewise my experience was definitely not a nice one, but they did eventually pay me everything and via WebMoney without having to use a credit card.

If I had to rate my experience I'd say it's 3.5 out of 10 - I still cannot recommend this site after all the hassles and troubles I had with it - nonetheless it took about a week to resolve the entire thing, and I've seen users here having to wait for a very long time.
