Marathonbet refusing to verify account over 3 weeks.

I have problem with marathonbet company...

I don't what to do its taking to much..

I did nothing wrong with them to keep punish me like that,


I uploaded my passport and next day it was verified and asked additional docs for adress. I have provided them required document and from that started silence. They dont respond to my emails, chat support keep writing same messages like freaking bots for 3-4 weeks.

What i just did had 2 deposits with 500e and lost 50e and they stopped my account for pure no reason...... Can anyone help with this matter ? I'm actually tired with them such a disrespect to customer jesus.

So they will deduce fees for nothing as they say its 0% for deposit and withdrawal. Very good company , just deposited 500e and doing like that .

I had 4 deposits, 3 deposits each 300e and last 500e,

They held my account for 3+ weeks, and now they sended me back 200e back.
