    My account remains locked - going on 3 weeks now - and I have not heard from SBR in 11 days. 13k gone like the wind.

          "Betting habits lol." They have all the leverage in every aspect of everything. Sounds like Mybookie is broke- they should at least give SBR a warning about this so no one plays there until they figure it out.

            Basically if you bet "steam" there and hammer their soft lines on certain events, then they won't pay you? Since that is the only reason to make an account there imo.

              Update:

              They asked me to send some documents, and approved them after I did, but I still cannot log into my account, and they will not respond to emails or phone calls. SBR did respond to me via email a few days ago saying they would try talking to a manager but no update since then.

                Update:

                No communication from SBR or My Bookie since my last update. SBR seems to be resolving issues with these scumbags for other people so I remain hopeful but it should terrify everyone that a C+ rated is capable of stealing deposits + winnings like they never happened.

                      I finally connected with My Bookie over the phone and spoke to a "Butch'. Apparently it was all a series of misunderstandings and my account has been turned back on.

                      Shout out to Optional for trying to help me out even though this wasn't his case.

                                I have decided that I did not see the process through to the point where it was fair to MYBOOKIE. lets see what happens

                                  I’m frustrated as well, their specialists always busy, keep saying their specialists will call you back,I have been waiting for days for his call. Totally bad manager ever. I had deal with bad grading 3 times, took 4-5 hours to resolve the each ticket ( don’t know why , just takes me 2 minutes to find a result) . Now I have a new problem with payout, get stuck 8k , can’t cash it out, they keep make up reasons every week. Once you are in position like us, you will see how frustrated we are now

                                    I felt my payout was delayed for no justifiable reason but in the end, I had done nothing wrong and I was paid in full.

                                      the term Bubble Gum is thrown around in this forum frequently. But Mybookie is truly the King of the Bubble Gum books. They closed my account 4 years ago after short paying me. i am shocked that they are still around.
