#37'Charles' at Bettheline.ag is a conman running a scam site. He owes me and my brother almost $18,000. Two weeks ago, he told me he was processing my payout; since then, he has not answered any calls, emails or live chat. My brother and I can no longer log in to our accounts. The coward is hiding somewhere ripping people off because he can't make an honest living.
I submitted a complaint with SBR and followed up multiple times with them, but they are not responding at all. Apparently they've had similar complaints about this site in the past, and have not posted anything. If they had, I would have seen it when I researched this scam site and not deposited with them in the first place. I don't know if they are getting money from the scumbag coward Charles to not blacklist Bettheline.ag, but something needs to be done so more people don't get their hard earned money stolen by this thieving pathetic excuse for a man.
IE: NOT TRUE?
Because I know I have not ignored you.
Why do you keep talking about your brother?
We do not handle complaints on behalf of third parties.
If there really is a brother and not just your multi account, you'll need to have him submit his own complaint form..Comment -
#38I'm saying my complaint submission has been ignored, as have my follow ups to the generic email support box. Also, it seems like other people's issues with this con man - which he is - were never reported on the site. That's what really bothers me here.
You did respond to a couple of my direct messages to you, but I haven't even had my original complaint acknowledged, so don't make it seem like I'm being disingenuous. That's what I mean by being ignored; it's been over a week since I submitted that complaint, I followed up several times, and have not received a single response to it. I don't know the standard process, so will try to be patient, but a simple acknowledgement would have been nice by now.
I mention my brother because I advised him to open an account with them once I got a couple payouts, and I'm going to be paying him back with my own money because of this, fyi. If I ever get some kind of response to my complaint I'll ask him to submit one too.Comment -
#39You re going to hire a Private Detective to find this guy? Then what? You are crazy. Totally and unquestionably crazy. Dummies like you come a dime a dozen. You will NEVER get a penny.Comment -
#40Yeah no shit genius... 'Bigdaddy' DORK.... i know I've lost my money but I will find this POS and it will be a bad day for him when I do.Comment -
#41So Charles is a conman, is he a conman in the same way that SBR ignores you?!?

#42You've been here a whole 6 days and someone hasn't solved all your problems free of charge in all that time? Wow, i'm shocked. If only i'd read through threads where disputes sometimes didn't get resolved for months, or sometimes not at all.Comment -
#43
As for my specific complaint, all I would expect after almost a week now would be an acknowledgement of it, as I've followed up a couple different times with no response. I obviously don't expect it to be resolved at this point.Comment -
#44not where to make fun of you, but how did you let roll a no listed sportsbook with 5digits? And why the f... are you messing with sbr when problably are your last resortComment -
#45
Regarding the second point, I'm 100 percent sure SBR will not get anything back for me. So it's irrelevant. It would be nice if they would help others not get ripped off by them in the future though.Comment -
#46how much were the other payments you had received from them? anything at the amount you are withdrawing now?Comment -
#47stopped reading after "me and my brother"Comment -
#48I was able to withdraw 1k a few times. That's what I was trying to withdraw again, was told it would be processed the next day, and then they stopped answering the phone or responding to emails.Comment -
#49SBR will have no pull with them. Most of those C+ to F rated books are just ponzi books. Take new money in to pay..that's why their payouts are low. With the proliferation of legal US betting states... The well is drying up for those desperate for action outside of the main players.
Id be happy to have even pulled money from them. What method did you use to deposit?Comment -
#50
i agree most of these 2nd rate books operate in a ponzi scheme fashion. that is why big payouts usually take time (except from the really good books). they need money to come in to pay big payouts. has nothing to do with processor delays or whatever bullshit "john" in customer service will tell you.Comment -
#51They email me constantly.
I created an account a while back but never played there.
FWIW, the last email I got from Charles, I replied back and gave him a link to the original thread.
I asked him why people were posting about not being paid and asked for an explanation.
He replied that he could not open links at work.
I told him to read it on his phone or after work and get back to me.
He has not replied since.Comment -

#57I have gotten emails from Charles before but not recently. I will respond with how there are numerous posts about fcuking customers out of money.Comment -
#58I get the emails too. I just erase them. Never would I sign up at an unknown book. Too many legit options to play with now. I don't care if they offer a 10000% bonus. Not worth worrying if they are going to pay you if you win.Comment -
#59100%. big bonus offered consistently by a book means trouble. offering 100% here and there is fine. offering it always is suspicious.Comment -
#60I emailed him again when they sent another email.
He replied.
Hope this helps, if SBR wants to get involved.
Here is the message:
"I read the thread but there are no specifics at all, that is generally how things go when someone is trying to slander you. If you can provide me an account number or the customers name, I can ask the Risk Management department, and/or check the notes on the account in question.
Also if SBR wishes to contact me in regards to the situation in question I would be glad to assist in any way I can.
It is impossible to comment on something without any information".Comment -

#63"SBR is doing nothing about it"
Scam sportsbooks pop up every week so not all of them are going to be listed on the Blacklist. So knowing that what exactly do you expect SBR to do about it?Comment -

SBR PLEASEEEE reach out to this thief (I filed an SBR complain about a month ago so you should have my account number). I’d absolutely looove to hear what this scumbag has to give for his reasoning on disputing my payouts and blocking me from logging in to my account and not answering email..Comment -

#68Yes this is a scam book, i submitted my own complaint about it a few days ago and am waiting to hear back. They stole several thousand from me.Comment -
#69I’m just curious how much clout SBR would even have with PPH shops like this? I know it’s the agent that screws you over but does SBR try to go to the owner of the site?Comment -

They all have the same policy that the local agent is responsible..Comment
