Following up on this... so are the OP and I just SOL? Nothing SBR can/will do? Not even blacklist these cretins? The site is still up and running, and others will have their money stolen as well if SBR won't look into this. I have yet to receive even an acknowledgement of the complaint I had submitted.

I don't think you quite understand the difference between these Pay Per Head operations and the regular sportsbooks SBR deals with.

We do not rate them and have no better chance of finding the responsible agent or forcing them to pay than you do.

Here you ask for the guy's contact email; what was the point of that if you're unable to help whatsoever? This thief is saying SBR can reach out to him, is that something you can't do? I understand there's probably nothing that will come of it, but isn't it worth a shot? This guy has been blatantly stealing thousands of dollars from multiple people. I hope you can at least call his bluff and hold his feet to the fire a little bit (although I'm sure he'll just lie through his teeth).

They do take signups and deposits but also could act as a PPH, like many other shops do.

This is a scam site that is run by a slimeball named "Charles". As soon as I started winning he deactivated my account, stopped answering calls and emails. He has robbed me of over $10,500. I sincerely hope he dies a slow and agonizing death.

I went on and chatted with Charles asking him questions about the site and he said he has never closed any accounts and would have to ask his "manager" about these situations and he is just a customer service rep "trying to earn a living"

i just went on their chat and mentioned the non payments. it said "mike" joined the chat and then closed my window. great customer service. i just said i was thinking of joining but could not due to the non payment stories i am hearing. what scumbags.

And yet no rating at SBR, proof the forum threads are better representations of sport books than The Sports Book Review. Get busy SBR and start actually reviewing some sport books. Lots of upgrades, downgrades and initial reviews need to be done. Either that or make everything that isn’t an A+ an F.

A good start would be a Review of the sports book and to initiate a rating, it’s probably safe to go ahead and blacklist them. Just put something out there where future depositors searching for info on bettheline.ag will see the place is a scam.

i agree. at least make a list of sites with bad ratings from actual bettors so they stay away. the threads tell you what is good.

the ratings overall should be updated at least every quarter. things change in this industry fast and it is only fair we get to know.
