I have never had a significant issue with a book in 20+ years of online play.
But ... I'm kinda bothered by this current situation.
Played and cashed in a BJ tourney that ended Thursday night. I didn't have the funds from winning on Friday so I went on live chat and was told winnings would be credited 48 hours after the tourney end (which would have been late last night). So this morning - still no funds - was on live chat for over an hour where the rep asked me the some of the same questions repeatedly until he finally understood the situation (mainly that this was a tourney and not just cash play).
After an hour, ultimately no resolution and my takeaway - rep said: no one that cashed has been paid yet (mind you - was a $50 entry) and that would have to wait another 24-48 hours for prizes to be credited in the form of a FREE PLAY (which is listed nowhere in on the contest page ... and wouldn't have played a cash game to win a free play). His comment: "it's so you can keep playing". Seems like there were some ESL issues with his comments, but I'm hoping that when the prizes are credited that it's cash and not FP.
Like I said - I have had almost no issues with any book ever ... and that's why I'm not calling them out ... but man, I'm frustrated feeling like my funds are being kept hostage. Justifiable?
