Staring from Feb 10th when I made my pay out request. I got declined on the next day. I called them , they said I did not follow rule 28 ( Mybookie requires equal dollar amount of action between full games and derived events. Derived events include but not limited to : live betting , quarter betting, team props , players props and minor league sports determined at the bookmaker’s discretion) they want me to bet for 20.400$ on full games in order to get a pay out( most of my bet are on the 1st half ),then I failed to make it. I lost them all . 3 days later I made 2 deposits ( 500$ each , 7 deposits within a week ), I made about 8k bets on halftime and about 12k on the full game. I have 5300$ to cash out, I made a request, get declined again. I called them, they said I did not comply with the rule , I said I did , then they said specialists will call me to handle the case. Been waiting for days , finally got a call. He said the same, I did not comply, he said he wants me to bet 28k or more on full game in order to get a pay out, I said why? I did follow the rule , whenever my account backed to 0$ , everything resets ( rollovers, history bets...) I have been betting online for over 10 years , never had any problems with bookmakers, I know most of the rule. So I bet only 8k on halftime, over 8k on full time, meaning I did follow the rule. He said no, he counted every bets for a month, I said what? Why? , he said he doesn’t to argue, if I don’t do that, I won’t get paid ( his last call on last Wednesday) , so have no way to go, have to reach the goal of 28k . Fortunately, I made it, I have total 44.725$ bets on full time NBA and NCAAB games , 16.090 on halftime NBA and NCAAB ( 44.725-16090= 28.635. Met his requirements on basketball betting) I also made 12990$ on tennis, 4700$ on soccer and 2750$ on hockey. I made a payout request on that Saturday, got declined on Monday. I called them again, they said I did not comply, I said I did what he said, they said I still bet on halftime, I said I did few games on halftime, but I made up with full games , so 44.725$ -16.090= 28.635 , met his requirements, but they keep saying I did not comply, only reason to say to me is I did not comply, still betting on halftime ( no rule said I can not bet on halftime, if they don’t want me to bet on halftime, why they don’t lower my limit to 1$ on halftime bets, they keep letting me bet, just to want me to lose all of my money). I keep calling them, but his manager always busy, they keep saying they will call back, but never got a call. I’m so frustrated. This is my first comment ever online. I did file a complaint on SBR, I don’t know if that works. Hopefully they can help me out. If anyone has the same problem, pls comment, I need advices on this case . Big warning for anyone who loves betting on halftime and side bets, don’t bet on their site , I like betting on halftime only because I don’t want to seat too long to get a result, I love betting at 1h , I opened up mybookie account last May, I lost about 4-5k on my first month, I stopped betting for awhile, just betting again on the NFL play offs , I got lucky last couple months, I won some money, but got screwed by mybookie, seem like if you win big, mybookie will screw you up. Please make comment, I need help, I have all pictures of my bets , already sent to SBR , thanks for taking your time with me , appreciate you guys. Updating : I keep calling them everyday , haven’t got a call back yet, this time , they probably make up new reason, 50-100k requirement( first time they said 20.400$, 2nd time 28k )? I will post this to every social medias and local newspapers , hopefully everyone can see , so they won’t get scam by mybookie
Mybookie.ag doesn’t want to pay me. Bad management ever

#3Thanks hao for sharing. We're reviewing your email and will be in touch once we learn more about MyBookie's position.Comment -
#4Once more thing, I did ask him so how much more I need to bet in order to qualify, he said he doesn’t know, he will check and call me later ( if he doesn’t know, how can he know that I did not comply? He doesn’t even look at my bets ) I only have over 8k on the account now.Comment -
#5Mybookie should get a referral fee for the number of clients they've inadvertently sent to SBR. It’s astounding. Just think about how many victims never found this site.Comment -
#6What else should I do? I am so frustrated. I keep calling every day, always unavailable, I been waiting so long , but no call back yet. This is the end of the month, I made 7 deposits within 3 weeks to mybookie, ( 500$ each , total 3500$ plus transaction fees) I need money to pay my cards. I agreed with PD77, they are probably giving out free plays for players to post good reviews .Comment -

#11Thanks for comment, I did follow that 50/50 rule , 1st time I called , they said I need to bet 20.400$ on FT games to meet the requirements , but don’t know why 2nd time was up to 28k while I bet more on FT than HT. Fortunately, I made it , like I mentioned up there, but still ended up declined, they have never looked at my bets at all, seems like they are out of money , keep making up reason to hold everyone’s money.Comment -

I do not like this rule either, but it is not against fair industry practice and it is properly disclosed in their terms.
In this particular case it is completely irrelevant if it is fair or not as well.
Because after the OP made his first 5 x $500 deposits he was made painfully aware of the term and how they enforce it. And knowing that information, he chose to deposit another $1000.
All that said, just based on the OP's explanation of events, it does appear MyBookie may not be fairly enforcing the rule on him here.
Because the OP claims his account was zeroed out before his last deposits, and he followed the given % guidelines with all bets after that..Comment -
#13It's a borderline sort of situation. SBR generally does not try to tell books what terms they should offer. Just that they act fairly.

#1428. The maximum amount of winnings generated from contests held on MyBookie.net that can be withdrawn at MyBookie Sportsbook, Casino and Racebook total $500 over the lifetime of the account.
This is rule 28 on their site now. So now they won't payout winnings over $500?Comment -
#15I think MyBookie.NET is their no-cash promo site. And it's saying max $500 can be transferred from there to the MyBookie.AG website..Comment -
#16I just discovered that they changed the rule again, last time when they sent me a link, it was on rule 28, I still have a picture , but couldn’t post it up hereComment -

#19Yes , exactly what Don’t tell me post, the same rule I saw on my pictureComment -
#20the rule itself is them telling you how to bet. a good book should not be telling you how you have to bet to get paid.Comment -
#21Unable to contact their specialists, always busy, what do they do at work? I keep calling them every day , every hours , busy busy busy, will call back... but never called backComment -
#22How many times are we going to hear this about this book??
People run to them because of the bonus. Then find out they have more rules than a priest.Comment -
#23I didn’t claim any bonuses, I followed 50/50 rule, but they don’t want to pay, trying to contact them over chat , emails and phones, they are always busy. They had good reviews before I signed up, but now , poorComment -
#24From now on, they are gonna charge 5% fees for credit card transactions, pls pay attention, I just got an email yesterdayComment -
#25If you didn't claim any bonuses you shouldn't have more than a 1x rollover. That 50/50 rule applies to deposits without a bonus?Comment -
#26That rule applies only to people who loves betting on sides , props and halftimes, meaning if you bet 1k on sides, props or halftimes, You need to spend the same amount or over on full time games in order to get paid. I have never seen that rule before, only existed at mybookie,I’m ok with that, I did make it anyway , but still get declined payoutComment -
#27You are one of many that they have refused to pay.Comment -

#33Big update! Just got a call from Butch 3 hours ago, he said (I had a conversation with SBR , so you call SBR to pay you, I am not gonna pay you. You go public to talk shit up there , so call SBR to pay you.) wtf? He’s very mad, I don’t know what SBR talked to him, but he’s very mad, he hanged up the phone after that, I don’t even have a chance to talk. Over an hour later , I got a message ( I have a payment on file from MB) That I did Not make it by myself. Maybe he’s regretting, paying me now. Otherwise, he’s sending it to his pocket . Pls pray for me, go back tomorrow for update thanks SBR and other players for helping.Last edited by hao; 02-27-20, 09:47 PM.Comment -
#34Yea, Butch is somewhat infamous here. Mybookies strong arm/tough guy. Your story fits the mold of all the other complaints, Mybookie refuses to pay, customer posts on SBR(usually their first post)and files SBR complaint, SBR contacts MyBookie, Butch contacts customer and berates them and begrudgingly starts making payments. And usually after customer is paid they come back here and leave a love letter for Butch. Rinse and repeat. You aren’t the first and won’t be the last.Comment -
