Clause 9 of MoPlay’s terms and conditions added: “Funds will be held separate from company funds in a mixture of bank accounts and reserve funds which we hold with our payment processors. However, if there was ever a situation where we became insolvent, your funds would not be considered separate to the other company assets and you may not receive all your funds back.”

Kind of makes the concept of separating player funds look a bit pointless.

My bet is: No player will see a penny. Gibraltar no better than Malta, Curacao etc

These islands, special territories, are attractive for gambling companies because of their loose regulations. You f*cked up as a sportsbook? No problem. You might lose your license and....that's about it.

I was surprised when I read the news a few weeks ago TBH. A year ago I recommended them here on the forum because they were really solid in terms of KYC, payments etc. in my opinion

Seems like customers from UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Finland will receive their funds and partially keep their pending bets
