I opened an account with America's Cardroom to play some online poker while being bored in social distancing lockdown. I sent them a p2p and the money went into my account. I DID NOT play a single hand.
The next day when I decided to sit down an enter a small tournament, I could not log in to the system. The system is not recognizing my email account. I notified their (email) support, and they cannot seem to find it either. They are not reachable by phone or chat at this time, so email is my only option.
I am fearing that my funds have been stolen. It is not a large sum of money, but it is strange that my account has disappeared.
Please help.
