Betmania still not offering bitcoin payout yet they allow bitcoin deposit

I am new member here and just joined because

it seems like Betmania is the only sportsbook that is refusing bitcoin payout.

I read in this forum all the time and seems like most of books did reduce bitcoin payout limit

but only Betmania and Betphoenix sportsbook group are the only sportsbooks that is just flat out

refusing bitcoin payout. They are accepting the bitcoin deposit though which doesn't make any sense to me.

Are they out of bitcoin ? I mean it has been almost 2months now since they refused bitcoin payout.


I just don't understand the reasoning for refusing bitcoin payout is because the bitcoin price is unstable. I mean

will go up and down forever, it will never stay at one figure.

Anybody here have any insight on betmania's status?

It makes complete sense. No, they did not run out of bitcoin. Since COVID-19 began here in the US, most books have implemented changes designed to slow the outflow of capital from their coffers. This is BetPhoenix group's method. Eliminate the free / fast / easy method of bitcoin and leave only slow / difficult / expensive options with lower limits.

Of course they accept bitcoin deposits. They want it to be easy in / difficult out, by design.

This book has been absolutely terrible at finding creative things to bet on during this sports downtime. Their menu has been absolutely barren. Maybe they should focus on that more on that and less on finding ways to sit on people's money.

I completely agree. Also how are they rated B by SBR?

I mean C,D rated books have no problem with bitcoin payout.

There's a good argument that maybe they should take a hit down to a C or C+ rating as long as they're pulling this COVID-19 withdrawal funny business. The problem with that is SBR doesn't seem to change rating very often, and I don't think a C rating is deserved once we get past this virus, assuming they go back to their usual business practices.

Its not just about Not allowing bitcoin payout DontTailMe.
If you see the games they offer , its almost 30% of bookmaker or heritage.
All the games that they think people might gain profit of it , seems like they take it out.

For example, Russian table tennis (which is like the hottest game now lol ), all other books have money line.
Betmania they don't offer any of the moneyline for the big underdog or big favorite.
Only -150, +110 kinda game is offered for moneyline.
THey basically want us to play like a blackjack in sportsbook taking juice.

such a shady book I feel like. Once I get my money out never returning.

Books like betmania are probably in the worst shape. Granted, I really like the book, have gotten the 200% FP often, enjoy the reduced juice as well the baseball dimeline. The problem is that they are a mostly US facing book, who is slated towards more recreational players. These leads them to a number of issues:

Rec players are less likely to leave balances in the book with no sports
They bleed more money to legal books
Rec players are less likely to be betting random stuff

Hopefully sports start up soon, but if there is no football season, many of these off-shore books are going to be in real trouble, especially the rec based ones.

I got a detailed response from Betmania management team today and now I do have understanding of the situation.

Most of the books will just ignore but they did respond and gave me answer.

I've received bitcoin payouts in the past from Betmania.

If u contact them.. They let you cash out via bitcoin by sending an email.. Its not avail on the site..

Agreed. Not cool to try to bash a book publicly and leave it unresolved publicly.

If they did something, share the news. It may help the next person with the issue.

So I was able to have direct contact with the manager and he explained to me that bitcoin is coming back soon and in the mean time

if someone wishes to withdraw via bitcoin they do allow it by contacting them. He said its coming back real soon so thats good news.

Never had manager giving real detailed explanation so I was really pleased about it.

Betmania has A++ customer service for sure

betmania Bitcoin payout is back!!! Great news guys!

Just found out today its back for everybody and I just requested max bitcoin payout which is $4000.

since I am limited $50 to bet now on esports and table tennis which I was winning (I am definately recreational player which Betmania is claiming I'm not. I mean how can I be pro on Russian Table Tennis lol) going to leave minimum in the Betmania account.

Was told it will take at least 24 hours.
