Here's a link to file a complaint. My experience is that Bookmaker responds well to SBR on legit issues. Tone it down a little and let the two of them work it out for you. Good Luck.

This is just one of many problems betting on a sims game. They can do so many things to screw you and there is really nothing you can do to prove it. I have been climbing the walls missing betting but i have not bet a single bet since everything went down. I hope you did not lose too much on these.

If a clerk gives you an answer you don’t like or isn’t customer service friendly just hang up and call back and chances are it will be the opposite. I feel that the sim game definitely should have been killed like other books did. We should not have to take your word for it that everything is legit. They damn sure don’t take our word for anything. US books opening back up next week and we won’t need bookmaker anymore. One day they will be wishing they had been fair to us when we all leave and they are back to eating rice and beans.

Bookmaker and justbet don't have to follow other sportsbooks grading decision.

In my experience the ones that brag about how much they have or how much they bet either A) don't have a pot to piss in or B) are one wrong move away from not having a pot to piss in. Also, based on your posts in this thread i'd guess that most grocery store workers are contributing much, much more to society than you.

There's nothing shameful about working hard to support yourself and your family. Jobs have to be done, no matter how big or small you consider them. I sure as hell don't want to go hunting or gathering for my food, so shoutout to all the grocery store workers out there. I appreciate you.

At the same time, a person's post count prior to having an issue with a sportsbook really isn't relevant. A lot of people who may not post or read the board here regularly are brought here because they are searching for a way to solve an issue with a sportsbook. It's only natural that most people will not have a lot of posts when these things come up because the issue they have with the sportsbook is the catalyst for them creating an account here.

I guarantee this guy has continued to bet these games...which shows he doesn't ACTUALLY think anything nefarious happened with the bet in question.

Just remarked that bookmaker.eu cutted the limits too much on some options.
Example on table tennis before 230eur can be staken pre, at live it was always 460 or 900eur per hit
Now everything is 115eur pre and 115eur live as well on everything.
Can someone check it please if it's something special for me or not.

Can only check pre because there's no live at the moment. Pre is €115. It would make sense if they cut it since more sports are coming back and things are more and more going back to normal.
