MGM sportsbook app they are criminals
Hit for 8K and they said I lost a ping pong match after 90 minutes of the match but I know I had the winner of the match. They have locked me out of my account for 4 days were I cant even access it. They said after the wager I made for $2300 was graded wrong all the other bets I made after the game being graded a winner will not count. I had 1700 in the account and my next bet was for 2400 because my balance was 6000 after the graded the game I supposedly lost as a winner. There poor customer service is worse than overseas. I bet lots of money and I can't believe a solid book like this would not want to pay me my $$$

The sick thing is I know I won my bet it was a live bet made after the fourth set was over. There software didn't grade it right because it was a loser. They didn't change it till I asked for a withdrawal. But locking me out of my account?? Are you serious. This is simply fraud being committed by MGM

These books get confused with these table tennis matches, sometimes the same 2 guys play 3 or 4 matches against each other in the same day, sometimes back to back.
Quick story that ended my table tennis betting career (reason never to follow live odds from a book), bored just playing some live table tennis -bet some match that shows its about to start 5th set, I bet the dog. 5 minutes later graded a loss the live odds had score wrong and my guy had lost in straight sets (after 3rd game)... hahaha

If your balance would have been zero if not for the mis-graded wager, then they are following normal rules that all action that comes from the incorrectly credited funds should be void.

The legal ideology behind this is that licensed books are not allowed to extend credit for sports wagering, and therefore if you have lost that $2800 then they cannot make you pay it back or call it a debt.

Your best strategy is to write to both the book and the regulator (mail@wvlottery.com) and plead your case on the basis of fairness, saying that you "made these bets in good faith" and if not for the MGM error would have deposited more money to make those same bets anyway.

You should not call them criminal or tell them they are wrong as that will only guarantee they will dig their heels in so you cannot say "look, they paid me, therefore admitting they are wrong". Plus they are not wrong.

I still had 1700 in my account they should have graded my other plays based on 1700 wagers

                    I agree.

Still your best strategy to try being nice first, explaining you bet in "good faith", and pointing out that you had around 40% of your balance in funds not related to that voided bet.

You are welcome to send in an SBR complaint form and we can try asking them if you can't get anywhere yourself.

File a complaint with the gaming control. Actually just say you are going to do that and they will likely pay you
