Hello, I’ve been following this Bovada non payment thread and am thrilled to see a positive outcome for Sleepless. I am posting here because I wanted to know if SportsBookReview would be willing to help me out with a similar non-payment/confiscation of winnings problem with Bovada’s sister casino, Slots.lv?
Briefly (I can provide much more detail later): I am a 38-year-old African-American male who started online gambling during the Covid-19 shutdown. I researched which casinos and sportsbooks seemed honest and reliable and opened at Slots.lv among others. I read all the rules and they seemed fine and I submitted documentation which was verified and started playing.
I lost several deposits and then had an amazing hot streak on slots ending with a cashable balance of $28,825. I immediately withdrew $2500 (the maximum for one request) on 4/19. My documents were requested again and I resent them and received a verification email from them on 4/20. On 4/21, I received an email stating my account was blocked and on 4/23 received an email asking for phone verification. I called them on 4/24 and spoke to Shontelle who arranged for a call between 4 and 5 pm PDT on 4/25.
No call ever came and on 5/6 I received an unpleasant email stating I had broken the rules in many manners. This was clearly a trap as I read all the rules of all the bonuses very carefully before playing (I can attach the screenshots here as soon as my account is enabled to do so). As this is a giant amount of money, I retained counsel and we contacted their Dispute Resolution Office, providing evidence of their rules. They replied negatively citing rules that were completely hidden on their website (my screenshots will show this). Counsel refuted their arguments as, in fact, I gambled almost the exact opposite manner to the way they call “non recreational” or “bonus abuse.” They again replied negatively so I am here seeking help from SportsBookReview as I see they were extremely helpful with Bovada.
I believe that I am being cheated and discriminated against. If I am able to post the screenshots, I believe the forum will see what I mean. Slots.lv is purposely hiding certain rules so that they can not pay legitimate winnings. As further proof, a well-respected affiliate site advertises Slots.lv to have certain rules which are in fact in direct opposition to the hidden rules Slots.lv claims should apply. Furthermore, this was pointed out to Slots.lv in mid-May and the affiliate site still has not been updated nor have the misleading website rules that I showed them.
Would SportsBookReview be willing to accept a complaint for this matter? If so, I will provide a more detailed description of the exact facts of this situation.
Also, how can my forum account become enabled so that I can post my screenshots here? I believe once everyone sees them, the forum will be in full agreement that Slots.lv is not acting honorably in this case and needs to restore my fairly won balance in its entirety.
