    Beware of Betregal
    Hi Folks,

I am new to this so bare with me.

I recently made my first deposit with BetRegal based on the promotion that they currently have. 100% match deposit up to $200. See link: https://www.betregal.com/promotions/...-bonus-nhl-ca/.

I made my deposit of $200 and I ended up rolling over $1800 by placing my bets on MLB and NBA (odds over 2.00 as required). So I ended up have $3640 in my account, but they took out all my profits and now I'm ended up having $200. I gave them a call and asked what happen. They said all my profits are taken out due to the fact I played some games with Live Casino and all my profits are gone.

When I take a look at the T&C of the promotion link above. I don't even see a single word of casino not allowed to be played.

As a company shouldn't you want people to play everything and browse around what you have to offer?

I am just cheesed that I lost $3440.

    Thanks for hearing me vent.

Wow, that is one crazy amount of bonus terms to read... and all over the place.

Does this clause apply to you?

"In case where players transfer funds from their Sports Cash Account to their Casino Cash Account and the amount of such funds is not thereafter wagered at least twice before being transferred back to the Player’s Sports Cash Account, Betregal may confiscate such funds, if such transfer patterns are deemed, at our sole discretion, as irregular gameplay and/or bonus manipulation or abuse."

I got sick of reading, but have a look through all 4 of these pages of writing, critically, and see if you can find anything you breached... I mean really looking for a reason hard.

I also sent you a private message with some additional advice.

Instead of searching for a needle in a haystack, shouldn't he just ask BetRegal to highlight the exact term which he violated? Not a general "because you played casino" but "Page 3, Item #5(d)".

Another book I can't wait not to deposit at. Their juice is horrible too.

I tend to want to know the rules completely myself before trying to put forward an argument. That is a lot to wade through though.

I was denied deposit bonus. Apparently I have had one from another Aspire operated book. O.K fair enough but, on their part, for the sake of £10 it is not conducive to good customer relations.
Withdrawal was completed without any problems within two days, albeit a comparatively small amount. No i.d. requested, although I believe our Gambling Commission is coming down more strongly on books that insist on abnormal requirements.
Both deposit and withdrawal fees (small %) were applied which is something we Brits are not accustomed to paying, but at least funds are safely in my bank account.
