They haven't been open to communication for weeks. They closed the case about 3x pre-maturely before I even went to the forums with it. Literally stated that the case was closed, no more resources will be spent on it.
I have apologized profusely over and over and over to Cloudbet. I'm awaiting to hear a single word back. I will make another statement with the above advice as well via email, via their thread, and however else I might possibly be able to get through to them. I don't know what else I can do at this point.
And I definitely can't win the battle of shaming them or trying to force this to happen- I can't control anyone but myself. So I just have to keep apologizing which I whole-heartedly feel is right when I was the one being so careless to break rules.
