    Source of Funds PinnacleSports
Anyone been asked to provide the source of funds/wealth by pinnaclesports? My account is being threatened to be closed if i dont provide any more evidence (i already provided them my pay slip) which is absurd. They are asking for more evidenve which is crazy.

Never been asked to provide source of funds, probably you did a deposit via a different name or 3rth party, that will raise a red flag.

I deposited through paysafecard. Which is one of their approved methods.

No, but there was a thread regarding this in the summer:

Bank statement is not on their list. I provided them my certified pay slip which is employment income. The cs are being dicks and telling me i need more doc or evidence or they will close my account.

Payslip is Source Of Wealth (SoW) related. It does not prove Source Of Funds (SoF)

And this is a fairly regular thing. Been a couple of recent threads made about it too. That were approved once completed.

CS don't make these sort of decisions. Security do and the CS people cannot do anything about it but pass on messages.

This is what regulation is like... and this is the nice "light version" of SoF and SoW checks compared to UK licensed books.

E-Wallet depositors, like Paysafe & Skrill, are first to be singled out for this usually.

You won't have a choice if you want to to see your money.

I've heard of this shenanigans. Happened to a buddy of mine awhile back. Good luck!

My guess is that increasingly the governments around the world fight tax evaders and pass on same duties on financial operators, and now even bookmakers. Pinnacle either had enough of you winning OR they truly have no other choice but make their accountants happy which means you have to prove where funds came from and that taxes have been paid.

The latter would be absurd 10 years ago but this is 2020. No more safe tax havens unless you are really, really, really rich.

Did you get through the source of fund process?
