WSEX Slow Payout Updates

Received a ** for my 3/22 payout despite asking for check withdrawal. Well, I received 92.5% of it. Fees are fun. And I'm sure they kept back a bit for themselves. But at this point, I don't have the energy to argue, which is what they were banking on I'm sure. Now I'm done with them forever. Bumbaclot.

This has happened the last several times before the Canadian check I most recently received.

Can you explain this a bit more? Did you request courier mail? If you did you should be able to get that fee put back into your account...

received my 1st check for 3K from them last night. also have a tracking # for another 3K on its way. I'm in Chicago. Really happy they finally made good on these. both request are from early april. This is the only off-shore book I've ever dealt with, not sure I can trust any of them from now on. Hope everyone gets paid.

Can you explain this a bit more? Did you request courier mail? If you did you should be able to get that fee put back into your account...

Nope, not courier mail. I requested a full withdrawal, but they held back a decent chunk of change for some reason. The email notice of my ** to be picked up at a ** site had the lesser amount listed as well, and that's ultimately what I got when I picked up the cash.

Just out of curiosity how come people aren't doing book to book transfer anymore? Last time I looked into it seemed like the best way to get your money out of WSEX...

Let's not get too excited, people, especially the ones talking about possibly playing there again ...

While it's good to see there are more payouts going out, it's also important to realize that there's a 90% chance that they're all being funded by new football season post-ups, and not because the WSEX owners went to their own pockets to make any new investment into the business.

Something funny is going on with mine clearing...should know more tomorrow, but sounds like it might be bouncing. My bank is supposed to let me know more details tomorrow

I just checked my account and it looks like something funny is going on. The check has definitely not cleared, and in fact there is a weird negative amount in the "pending transactions" field. Of course, when I click on "pending transcations", my P.O.S. bank has a message that says they are doing system maintenance and that those records will be available at 6:00 AM

It doesn't look good for that check.

Come to think of it mine came with a note to cash the check as soon as possible. Wonder what that means. Either way I obliged, haven't heard anything from the bank yet.

I think you are exactly right. WSEX is probably nothing more than a Ponzi scheme at this point, taking in new money to pay off old...

OK, my bank's system is back up so I can look at my pending transactions online. The amount of the check was credited when I deposited it on Monday. I am now seeing that the same amount is debited in pending transactions, and there is a note that says the check is on hold.

So far it just looks like the check is going to be on hold until they are sure it clears.

Edit: I deposited the check on Friday, not Monday. The amount was credited on Monday, now it's been debited.

Still waiting on one more max at which point I'll decide whether to give WSEX another whirl, but not until then.

mine has officially bounced. It was from somewhere in Canada- looks like the same place ive gotten checks from 5dimes before. I've never had a problem cashing a 5dimes check, so I know its not a foreign check problem with my bank. im fuming right now

I talked to my bank, and the check definitely bounced. I just spoke with Maria of accounts, she said that they have gotten several checks that have bounced now and most likely the processor account has been shut down. She told me to give it another week and hopefully another batch is processed. So, back to square one- still waiting on 3 max checks from 3/31, 4/2, and 4/5.

It sounds like it might be the same processor out of Canada that TheGreek and BetJamaica were using, because their cheques are bouncing too.

So much for the big "comeback" at WSEX.

I use ***** and mine is still looking ok. I cashed it Tuesday night and the funds are in my account. Lets hope it stays that way. The check is from ********* with a *****************. Is this the same bank everyone else is getting.

I asked him a few times concerning his involvement, and all I get in response is sign-up to some poker freeroll. A complete joke.

i feel the same way,let's hear from sbr about what is now going on at WSEX. glad some people are getting paid, hopefully the checks are good. i have not recieved a check or tracking number yet. is there any communication between WSEX and sbr. any opinion at all from sbr. you would think there may be a weekly or monthly update on the situation,considering how long this thread has gone on. at least when JOSH was there , you would hear something once in awhile.

I just received a check this morning. No tracking number sent beforehand. It is not for a few pennies more like it was before when it came from Canada. It was literally sent overnight. I sort of wish I didn't get this check because I am not sure on the probability of it clearing.

My max payout payment (from 5/18) was a personal, hand-written check from what looked to be a private business in California. It arrived via Fedex one day after they sent me tracking # so it had to be domestic. I also got a WSEX note attached to deposit the check immediately.

I deposited on 9/15 and it posted to my account the next day. It's been a week now and I've heard nothing from my bank so I assume it's all good - though I've learned to never assume anything with WSEX.

One more payment to go and I'm free!

Actually if that is case it might be good news as (in this case) the problems are actually on the processor end... Obviously not defending WSEX in anyway just saying if I had funds there I would rather see signs of processing problems rather then no checks being sent out by WSEX...

First I tried to contact their accounts department... No answer...

Then I contact their Sportsbook department... Lisa says "let me transfer you to Accounts"... Software says I am now talking to Marsha... Software says "Your party has left this session."

Hours later I try again. I contact Sportsbook dept. I tell Lisa "please don't transfer me to accounts, they don't answer". Lisa doesn't answer and software says "Your party has left this session."

You gotta be ******* kidding me. And they were asking people just last week to cancel withdrawals for a 30% bonus??? This shit book has no hope of staying in business if this is the way they are going to act.
