WSEX has had the same employees as long as I can remember. That is a good sign. Not that there's a strong employment market in Antigua if they were getting jerked around like the players.

About to clear out my account for $7000, which I guess means 3 checks. I was going to do bank draft through regular mail but seems like the $50 extra for courier might be necessary. Does anyone know if WSEX does bank wire withdrawals by any chance and if it would be cheaper/faster?

They accept bank wires, but won't send them because that would be too efficient and require them to have money in the bank.

WSEX has resolved all the July requests I recently sent them. But that still leaves a couple from July that didn't have a specific date attached to them or had multiple different withdrawals with one being in July, so I didn't highlight them. Those two July issues, and four other August or September withdrawal requests is what is left.

What this seems to mean is that with focus on an issue WSEX can get some resolution. Whether that means all the slow pays will eventually end, is unclear.

Just asked for a payout of $3000 via courier. Going to file for one more tomorrow since they told me they can only process one request a day, and another the day after.

Today I received my check for over 1k that was requested on 6/15. They sent it via FedEx at no charge to me. It took 3 months, but I received the full amount. Thanks to Josh for his help with this mess of a situation.

Good luck to everyone else still waiting. Still hope they can turn things around.

Hopefully it will get to me fast enough, otherwise, I will stop giving them anymore actions.

I made a WD request from WSEX today(Sept 22) via courier. Will report here on process time. Hopefully WSEX has quickened their payout times.

The story in the past 12 months used to be that the Neteller/Moneybookers interface is down - so now they changed the story to sound a bit better that they are running an update - it is the same thing but with a slight variation ... the funny thing is that if you put some pressure on them they pay and I still do not underatand why they give customers the run around every single time without exception...

wow stats, that is horrible. 5months for check is very lame.I had a 6month wait for a check once, it happened when they issued me a check that had the wrong year on it, took 6months to get another check from them.good times.

still no sign of neteller and moneybookers requests made on the 7th and 3rd of this month. Havent had a response from my emails or live chat in almost 7 days despite several attempts. Large balance to withdraw....

Hoping things improve cashflow wise. At least they have been paying people, albeit late, so we can assume their intention is not to stiff us.

Simply astonishing what has happened to this sportsbook. Used to be my 3rd place outfit for years, right behind Pinnacle and Greek. Not quite the "Cascade" descent, but certainly some comparisons.

Update: Did not receive tracking info via email as promissed. I called today and received a check number and tracking number within minutes of call. However when I go check the site they gave me for tracking under the progress label it says "No Updated Tracking Information Available At This Time."

So I am not sure how much value this tracking info has.

I think my june request for $2000 was received. I am currently partying in siberia russia but I know there is a fedex package waiting for me and it is the only one I am expecting. I will confirm next week.

Hi,

I've never experienced problems withdrawing via Instadebit (I was only withdrawing a couple hundred bucks at a time) but I just put in a request to have $1200.00 taken out, should I be prepared to experience issues taking this out? Has anyone recently withdrew via Instadebit?

It is well know that WSEX man at the top left last year and since then all the trouble started.

In any event- it is always the man running the show who is responsible for what is hapepning... any 10 year old would understand that no one cannot run a business like that without paying customer on time... and whose resposibilty would it be if not the guy at the top?

It could also be the US govt. I'm not an expert but I would think that if the DOJ targets any book they could do serious damage. If this is the case, that they are fighting with the US govt, WSEX is doing a great job. Most books would not last this long.

But I don't know if this is the case or not. I'm just saying its possible.

still waiting for my e-wallet requests at the beginning of the month. I received a reply to one of my emails saying that they apologize for the inconvenience and that they hope to pay me very soon. Well, about 40 hours later, still nothing - very frustrating. Josh, have you heard anything more from wsex lately? - and many thanks for all your efforts.
