#37BOL's official rule for soccer betting is:
"Any prop bets such as number of corners, yellow cards or first goalscorer will be settled according to information on the official website of the relevant league or competition."
https://www.legaseriea.it/ is the official website for Serie A so by BOL's rules that is the site that matters. The website states:
"The disciplinary sanctions and statistics are unofficial, like results taken in real time during the match. The information will be made official upon approval by the appropriate bodies".
By rule - anything posted at Soccerstats.info is irrelevant unless there is something to contradict this. Your link ought to clear this up in the op's favour, (i'm sure your Italian is better than mine), unless there is an issue with the information having being altered at a later date. Your link has a March 3 2021 @23:42 time stamp so it shouldn't be a problem. The Serie A site .pdf files are only available in Italian. The rest of the Serie A site is available in English.
Thanks so much for you help. I've tried reasoning with BOL, but they do not listen, here the screenshot of our last conversation which clearly go against their own rules as you noticed.

"Hi Cole, thank you for your email and your patience with this issue. I understand why Betonline would use 1 specific site as a reference point for all soccer stats. However, the Betonline rules are very clear on this point:
"Any prop bets such as number of corners, yellow cards or first goalscorer will be settled according to information on the official website of the relevant league or competition."
The official website for Serie A is https://www.legaseriea.it/. Using any other website for bet settlement puts Betonline in breach of its own rules.
I would understand if Betonline had a rule saying it reserved the right to use another site at any time should the official site be down or unreliable, post incorrect information, or be subject to possible outside manipulation. Betonline would need such a rule to protect themselves. That said this wager has genuinely won, the official website confirms the outcome, and Betonline does not have such a safety-guard rule in place that permits you to use an unofficial site with the wrong information to over-rule the official site with the correct information. I respectfully suggest that Betonline's position in regards to this wager settlement is untenable. I ask that you reconsider the matter with these points in mind. Sincerely - zzzzzzz."
As a side thought the rule I copy/pasted was taken from the internet rather than directly from BOL's site. Also the rule as it is now might not be as it was in March when the wager was placed.Comment -
#39I am so disappointed to end up writing this post here, but I really can’t understand what is going on with SBR complain section.
I contacted them 3 months ago asking for help in dealing with BETONLINE that has stolen my money wrongly grading a parlay wager. (2280$)
At the beginning everything seemed to proceed great, I have been successful exchanging emails with Brad (from SBR) and we put together solid evidences supporting my case. He also informed me that in light of the evidence we provided there was no possible way Betonline could have refused to pay my bet. After this last message, Brad and the whole crew of SBR, literally disappeared in the thin air, and it is now more than two months that they don’t reply to my emails (five emails)
"29th of April
Perfect Claudio,
I don’t think we will get an argument with all that.
Reaching out to our management contact now and will let you know as soon as I have any news.
Regards,
Brad"
I really don’t know what is going on, and I have nothing left to do but only warn other bettors about the shady behavior of SBR when they have to go though against major Bookmakers that themself rate with A+.
Hope someone from SBR can intervene and clarify the suspicion of collusion that seems evident so far.Comment -
#40Thanks so much for your help. Here the soccerstats.info link to the game
The official and all the unofficials stats website report: 3 Shots and 1 Shot on Target. Soccerstats simply got it wrong by distraction I am afraid.
Here the other links
OFFICAL:
UNOFFICIAL:
https://it.whoscored.com/Matches/149...assuolo-Napoli
Soccerstats vs Lega Serie A (shots, shots on goal):
Maksimovic (NAP): 2-0 vs 2-1
Isigne (NAP): 3-1 vs 3-3
Mertens (NAP): 1-1 vs 0-0
Locatelli (SAS): 1-0 vs 2-1
Berardi (SAS): 6-2 vs 6-3
Caputo (SAS): 3-1 vs 3-2
If you look at the passes, there are even more and higher discrepancies.
One really has to wonder why BOL, in clear violation of their own rules, uses such a dubious source to settle their bets instead of the official match report.Comment -

In regards to this bet you mentioned both shots and shots on goal. I would say the player had a shot but not a shot on goal, (on target/requiring a save). The op suggests the bet is for shots but perhaps it's for shots on goal. Potentially it's another problem.Comment -

#44I hope everything works out for you, Sir. I have a situation regarding another casino and "Brad" was handling my case dating back to early April, 2021. After about 3-4 week of solid and consistent communication, "Brad" went silent and I haven't heard from him since. "Optional" is working on my case from another angle. He had been very helpful. I hope "Brad" is still with SBR. Right now, I have no one, that I'm aware of, formally working on my case. I hope things work out for you with BetOnLine. Wishing you the best of luck!
Hey Man, thanks for your message. In my case, last message from Brad is 29th of April, what happened to him? Worst thing is that I tried to reach again SBR complain section and another contact of the crew (Matt) but nobody has ever replied in the last 2 months. I really don't understand what is happening with SBR, they don't even show up here in this thread.
I am still hoping that everything will end up in a comunication problem but I am starting to get worried.Comment -
#45I wish I could help. I am merely a forum poster like many others here. I would advise you to stick with whatever SBR are telling you rather than anything that I post. They have experience in these matters. However my advice would be to avoid being so confrontational or accusatory in your emails. I would reply to the email you posted with something along the lines of:
"Hi Cole, thank you for your email and your patience with this issue. I understand why Betonline would use 1 specific site as a reference point for all soccer stats. However, the Betonline rules are very clear on this point:

Thanks so much for your message, I will try your line, it sounds perfect. Even though I don't think BOL will ever change their position , they got to loved the idea to get away with this moneyI'd love to stick with SBR suggestions. The problem is that they said everything will be fine and then they have disapperead.

#46Its clear on video he won. Its beyond stupid that a book cant just look at the f-ing video and grade it correctly. All parties in this matter are a joke and it should never reached this pointComment -

Hope you get your situation handled. I have an ongoing issue with betonline too where I filled out a complaint form almost 6 weeks ago and I haven't got a single reply from Brad or Matt. I'm just learning the ropes around here but something weird does seem to be going on.
I hope you get your payout.Comment -
#48WTF does it take 6 weeks to get a response from SBR forum? You're not getting so many complaints that you're backlogged 6 weeks. What a jokeComment -

#50Hi Optional, do you have any news for me? I have tried again contacting BOL but they keep answering this:
Dear Claudio,
The wagering department already gave a you a response to your claim. The ticket wager in question that was player prop parlay, however upon review of it we notice thatyour at pick at Matteo Politano of Napoli will have 1 or more shots on goal against Sassuolo was
graded as loss as on soccerstats.info which is the site used for our line managers to settle this market lines.
In this case as sign of good we can refund the wager back to your account, but the wager stand with the current
result on the account.
Sincerely,
Summer

#54I just don't understand why this stuff happens? OP accuses SBR of collusion. SBR doesn't even address the allegation. SBR doesn't explain "Brad's" disappearance. OP CLEARLY is upset over "Brad's" disappearance. Then what happens? Optional disappears on OP as well. Like what is really going on here? I hate to say it, but this isnt the first OR even the 20th Time I've heard of this suspicious behavior. And if SBR wants to call me crazy, go ahead. Then we can discuss MY personal experience with them.................... Buyer beware, y'allComment -

#56Letting this thread just wither merely suggests that Claudio's allegation of collusion may have some merit. Optional, your last comments were on 7/1. Do you not have any further information? This guy deserves a response whether favorable or not. Ignoring the matter doesn't instill confidence in the complaint process for the rest of us, not just the OP. At the very least, give us an update or state that the case is officially closed.Comment -
#57the reality is, if the book doesn't want to pay you, that's what they are going to tell SBR. and that's that. SBR isn't going to change a book's grade or knock them down a peg in any type of fashion if it's a top tier book and money is involved. everybody is just going to stop answering and act like the situation doesn't exist anymore.
5Dimes.. lets say, "botched" my payout years ago and i had to redo it. 110% their error. because of that, i had to immediately create a 2nd payout request. inbetween the 1st and 2nd request, i earned a 4 digit bonus/reward. but they claimed the 2nd request wiped it out, so i wasn't getting it. since the 2nd request ONLY happened because of their error, it was dead obvious i should have received the bonus/reward.
took my complaint to SBR and was basically told to move on, and to make sure not to curse at the book or show any type of negativity unless i wanted to get banned. top tier book, $$$, elite ranking. and.. that's that.Comment -
#58It's sadly true. Everyone has stopped answering my email and messages. I am really exhausted and frustrated by the situation. "Optional" didn't reply to my private message neither. Brad and Sbr disappeared. BOL hide themselves behind this obtuses replies. Sportstats never replied.

I agree. But if you're accused of wrongdoing, wouldn't you speak up to clear your name? It's weird as heck. I've thought this for many years now and have spoken to people who have told me their stories which all point to collusion of some sort. It's sad, but money makes people do weird things.Comment -

The issue I have with this is that BOL isn't using the reference source that's in their own rules. Have to follow the documented rules, above all else.Last edited by DontTailMe; 08-31-21, 04:49 PM.Comment -

#67This case may be closed per BOL's decision but won't soon be forgotten. We make the rules, we break the rules, the bettors meanwhile will have to abide with OUR resolutions. OK.Comment -
#68I assumed this would be an open and shut case once the rule was highlighted for them. BOL is usually above board, and honoring the rule as written is of ultimate importance. I gotta believe that point passed by them somehow.
If they want to use a different resolution source going forward, then fine, update the rule. But OP's past wager should be a winner under the current rule book.Last edited by DontTailMe; 08-31-21, 05:43 PM.Comment -
#69The SBR complaint staff brought that fact to their attention and it was apparently rejected or it certainly seems that way. I would assume this particular forum would be monitored by them as well.Comment -

Just wanted to chime in on that video. That kick was not a shot on goal or a save in my opinion. I believe a shot has to be “on goal” to count as a shot or a save. Same in hockey. If a goalie stops the ball/puck outside of the goal area when the attempted shot had no chance of going in, then it’s not a shot on goal nor a save.
I could be totally wrong here but I kept stats for a hockey team for many years and this is how it’s graded in hockey. I think soccer does the same kind of stats?Comment
