Hi, Thought I would post my situation that I have with betJamica which I am hoping will be resolved tomorrow
I opened my BJ account while in the UK about 2 or 3 years ago but had never made a deposit. I moved to California 15 months ago and decided to deposit $50 into it last week. I made 1 bet which I won and this was added to my balance. Last night I went to log in but got " invalid Customer ID or Password entered" I have logged in many time while I have been here in the states to check there lines
I sent an email to Betjamica who told me to speak to Shayla in Customer service.
So I just got home from work and called but Shayla is not in till tomorrow. The guy I spoke to ( I did not get his name) said my account is suspended but did not say why.
So I'm going to call Shayla tomorrow. I'm hoping they just want me to send my photo Id/Utility bill to them to prove I am in California which if this is the case surely anyone could have helped me with
i will give an update tomorrow for this hopfully minor issue
