regulated sports book so if you get legitimately screwed you will be made whole. that is one of the advantages playing at a state regulated shop. no one involved in a regulated is out to screw a player out of a tiny bit of money compared to their daily handle.

This should be cleared up.

I don't think SBR had anything to do with this issue being resolved outside of providing an ear for Crusherrr and a place to talk about it while it all went down.

I doubt there is a role for SBR in that capacity going forward. Issues can be listed for books in the Forum, but regulation will help get everything resolved.

Let me be more clear then. It was not SBR, that's not an assumption.

But it would be interesting to know if the DCP made a call. Unfortuantely we may never know that.

They should still give one last point of contact, to show the issue was resolved, even if they don't make it clear whether they were involved.

Maybe they'll contact DK and then be told it's already been resolved.

Yeah, they did right after my last post. They said they were able to get Draftkings to credit the amount even though the banner was posted in error.

That is great. By the way I'm not saying that it had anything to do with it, but that VIP guy from D-Kings texted me back and said he had viewed this page/link that I sent him and he would look into it and try to help.
I'm sorry but I went on a cold streak myself and I got to losing so much that I forgot to get back on here and tell you that he said he would help. Maybe he did, glad it is resolved positively.
