My account has been disabled and I don’t know why
My sportsbetting.ag account got disabled today as I tried to login but I’ve had no trouble logging on previous times and I’ve been making bets and winning lately. I’ve profit a decent amount on the site and now I can’t login and continue to bet . I’ve also contacted the site by phone but no one could help me. Im asking what should I do and am i at lost on my account ?

    We can probably help.

What did the people on the phone say? Or suggest that you do?

How long ago did you open the account?

Have they asked you to do KYC checks before?

I’ve had that account for over 5+ years

They’ve said it’s been disabled due to my bank returning my deposit I’ve made but I told them they should take it out of my account balance on winning to balance out the difference

They’ve asked me to do KYC before but they’re making me do it again . Now they’re telling me I have to wait 48hrs for them to review my account and KYC

I would not call. It won't change anything. Just hope they decide it was an honest mistake and take it out of balance. But you will probably end up having to re-send the money.

Always like when little scammers get caught and then try to act like they have no idea why this is happening to poor little them.

This guy might be a scammer or he might not be a scammer but I am 100% sure you are a douchebag. Try adding some value to the occasional thread instead of bashing every single poster, every single time.

Yeah, I don't think it's helpful to take the approach of bashing every single poster. Some are genuine. I'll admit right here and now that I have an accidental charge back in my past. It wasn't for a sportsbook, it was at Coinbase several years ago. I didn't recognize the charge, with whatever description they used, and for whatever reason I didn't make the connection to Coinbase or possibly just didn't remember.

Anyways, I took care of it and got my Coinbase account reinstated, but the experience taught me that it's definitely possible. It's especially tricky since the offshore books can't exactly send a description of "BOVADA.COM SPORTSBOOK DEPOSIT" to your bank. They have to disguise the transaction, which makes this sort of thing even more likely to happen.

With that being said, I do wonder why OP left all of that pertinent information out. The first post makes it sound like they have NO IDEA what is going on.
