Well, This is why I’m on this site so I might as well share.
I was playing on DraftKings Casino and playing the game Slingo Carnival. I was on a pretty good winning streak in the casino. I invested over $220.00 into this round and made it to the bonus round. The game wasn’t loading and I waited, finally decided to re-launch the game but before that I took a screenshot as proof.

After filing a complaint, over 20 back-and-forth email messages and 13 days, I still haven’t been able to play the bonus game or at least get what I spent back.
Now I must say every once in a while when I ask questions they do tell me a 20 or $30 free play casino credit.
So I’m still waiting. Of course I’m missing a lot of bang opportunities with the ball games in NFL.

Moral of the story always take video/screenshots of wins just in case.

That sounds like an issue your state regulator would encourage them to address better if they are just stone walling you.

Pain in the rear end for them, but can be confirmed and should be made good.

Well, update in short terms I got shafted. They’re saying that the game was completed and I got paid off a very small amount. Unfortunately it’s turned into a their word against mine and I don’t have a leg to stand on. Even though when playing this type of game whenever you hit the bonus round you always win at least your bet back and usually more. So I will not be depositing with them anymore and will be moving on
