I have had an account here for nearly 12 years and they hit me with KYC bullshit when I went to cash out. The 4x r/o bonus is nice but not worth the hassle. Same deal as morino - 300 to 1k with a few bets pending.
I was hoping to buy some BTC on the dip but I am sure they will delay me until the price hits 50k again

Their bitcoin payout didn't short change me at all the way betdsi did, its still not a book for professional bettors for multiple reasons though.

I decided to give everygame.eu (formerly intertops) a try a couple of months back.

I know I’ve read they are definitely on the slow side on payouts for book that’s so highly rated, but I had no idea the painstaking process that awaited me.

I had one of my better runs in quite awhile at everygame.eu. I built my bankroll to the point I could get two $2,500 BTC withdrawls ($2,500 is their weekly limit).

Then the games started. And there’s no way to put into words how stressful the entire process was. Checking emails day after day only to be disappointed.

At least 30 live chats that lasted on average 30-40 minutes. Reps telling me something was going to happen only to have it not happen after all. Wondering if I was ever going to get paid.

Day 1: I was going to put in my first withdrawl but they wanted several KYC documents. No problem. I send them all in within an hour but I’m informed it takes 3-5 business days to process the documents. And of course I find out later the first business day doesn’t start until tomorrow but in reality I don’t get a response for almost two weeks.

Day 10: Email from Everygame.eu: Your proof of address wasn’t accepted, please send another one. My proof of address was fine the first time (a pdf screenshot of my last utility E-statement bill) but of course I send another one (went down to utility company to get a print out and took a photo of it - pretty much same info I originally sent). I then find out the 3-5 business day thing starts over.

Day 19: I receive an email that my documents have been approved. I put in for my first withdrawl of $2,500 BTC again.

Day 22: I get an email congratulating me on my winnings, letting me know my request has now entered a que.

Day 24: I receive an email saying my withdrawl was declined and the funds returned to my account because they need additional documents. They
ask for a picture of me holding my ID to my face. This is the first I’ve heard
of this but I return the email with the new requested document.

Day 30: I receive an email my document was approved and my payout was approved.

Day 31: I receive my funds.

Day 45: I receive my second BTC withdrawl of $2,500 (I couldn’t put my second withdrawl in the system until 7 days after I received my last
BTC).

It literally took 45 days to receive two payouts with these jokers and countless hours of anxiety, anger and overall BS.

Just when I thought it was over they’d pull the rug out and their insane clock would start all over.

I’m honestly not sure why anyone would play here. They obviously play these games in the hopes folks will lose their funds back and I’m sure many/most do.

Pretty mickey mouse for a book so highly rated so many years. I'm glad I eventually got paid but I know I’ll never play there again.

Took two weeks for me last summer as well, as, according to them, the "COVID-19 Pandemic has caused unanticipated delays in our document processing task".

So yeah, it definitely takes a while, but can't remember anyone not getting his money in the end.

Just checked on my documents (5 days) and they claim to never have received them. I don't think their email system can take the volume of data they are asking for. Either that o they just claim they never receive the first email as a delay tactic.

I had to split the email up into 4 separate emails and resend thus starting the clock over. I asked to get in touch with a supervisor and was basically shut down.

I would suggest sending all of the documents and then jumping on chat to verify receipt of the docs. Screenshot the chats since they don't seem to have an email transcript option.

I definitely won't be playing here ever again. If this book is around in two years I will be shocked.

I still think the offshore model was, and could be, way better than the [over]regulation most of us are eventually going to mostly stuck with.

Self Regulation > Govt Regulation by miles if everyone offering the services are committed to the overall health of offshore. As it has been when it comes to the major offshore operators and SBR over the years.

And I think anyone who can still access them (not me for most now) would be mad to not take advantage of that access and use all the options you can get.

That opinion won't change anytime soon.

Thanks to this thread, I checked out the site and wanted to deposit on it but will not because of these horror stories. I have no patience for this kind of nonsense and being subjected to it would make winning feel like losing.

This book reminds me a little of topbet, although they are certainly better than topbet was, since that book stopped paying for years. You can use books like this but you have to be smart.

You only use books like this for bonuses and you don't let your balance get over 5k.

Starting to lose my patience with these clowns. They claim that my ID and my birthdate on the account are different. They also claim that they can't read the details of the ID which is hilarious since they are claiming a discrepancy in the date that they can't read. I have no way of knowing what date is on the account since I can't access the details. I can only assume there was a typo or that they changed the date internally.

Payouts are slow and tedious, only thing missing from their KYC procedure is a urine sample. Perfect photos are suspiciously deemed bad, must be resent. Of course clock restarts. Plan for a 2-4 week time frame for at least the initial payout.
$2500 limit on payouts
No overnight baseball or NBA
Very late in posting NCAA Football, on a Wednesday night, they will have Thursday games only. Thursday night gets you Friday games. Day before totals are hit or miss.
They do not actually take your funds out of your account until they get around to sending it. Should you forget and bet there and it falls below your withdrawal, everything gets cancelled and you start the 2-4 week process again.
If they do any props, it will be a single game , maybe MNF. Even then it will be only 7-8 options
When they limit, they really do limit, think $3-$12

My advice is to keep hitting them up in chat and asking them to verify receipt of the KYC docs and then to verify that the docs are acceptable. If you wait for them to answer you every time you submit the info, you will be waiting a very long time.

Sounds like everygame is conducting business the exact same way as they did when they were Intertops. I went through the same KYC hell as everyone else. Their bonuses aren't great, but even if they were it's still not worth playing here.
