      So I have screenshot that I won over 15k durning round but my balance was updated only to 8k and change. What I can do? VIP custumer service telling me for 4 days right now that I have to wait for review

        Guys, I need help/advice win amount incorrectly added to my balance. Betonline.

        So I won 15k ish on round and only part of this was added to my account balance I want to say half I had around 1700$-1900$ prior to playing this round.
        this happen on Monday and I contacted VIP customer service few minutes after it happen, now they tell me every day. That I have to wait another 24hrs for review
        and that now they sent this to vendor to review it
        Any help would be much appreciated

                          Not a mouth piece for impatient people who have already been told they are being seen to and think I should be hassling for them because it's "almost been a week".


                          Impatient people are about 50/50 rate of being impatient simply due to them knowing they are shooting an angle too. Learned from 1000s of cases of experience.

                          This guy is 100% fine right now imho.

                            when I ask him for play log he said that they don’t have this information. So I asked him how did they know that I hit jackpot, then he replied they only see bets and winnings

                              On the weekend a few days before Xmas in an extra religious country is probably not the best time to want a rush job done down there either.

                              And it sounds like a situation where is a misunderstanding somewhere. Would be an extremely unusual glitch to simply low pay.

                              So as much as this would bother me like it is bothering you, I suggest just settling in and trying to put it out off your head until you hear back. And don't be shocked if it is not until new year. Offshore books tend to encourage staff to take anual holidays over the month mid December to mid January.

                              If they don't have a proper answer by then, come up with a plan then. When you are 100% on the high ground to be demanding speedy action.

                                so if look at my down low it say 8kish however I won over 15k on this round
                                I hit by end of 50 spins for 7,706.00 and out this 15k winnings only either regular play was added to my ballance (8k ish) from 50 spins or jackpot
                                when I start that 50 spins I had around 2k in my ballance

                                  BetOnline stole from me

                                  Made a wager on montrell Johnson to score two or more touchdowns in bowl game vs Tulane. He never played in game so should have been graded no action but graded a loss and after two days of arguing with them they still won’t change it. They said he participated in game but did not record any stats. If you are a starting running back and play how do you not record any stats. Looked at entire snap count of game and his name not mentioned anywhere. Not only do they cheat me daily in their casino with that rigged blackjack but I draw the line at blatantly stealing from me by migrating wagers and not fixing them. I heard this site gets things fixed for players so let’s actually see if that’s true. Hope you can help get this resolved. If nothing else just letting players know that you might not wanna play here or you will be going through same crap. I’m a diamond 2 vip player there meaning I have wagered millions cumulative over the years there but this site has gotten ridiculously bad lately and the fact they won’t admit they were wrong and fix this is beyond ridiculous.                                       thanks Optional you were right, but what I did I called regular customer service not VIP team and they were super helpfull and told me by 10am will have my funds

                                            Another crazy situation I don’t even know to process this

                                            So I got this email this morning and simply ask if they could issue that credit, been told by supervisor that he can’t locate that email and ask me send and they will review this in next 24-48 hrs guys can someone tell if I’m the crazy one or this insane



                                            Update I recived 30$ credit for over
                                            7weeks waiting for one claim to be resolved still not resolved but now they finally agreed that something not right

                                            7900$ low pay 6 days to get resolved

                                            plus every single daily race is going into reverse in last hour and resulting me to not make list with 187k wagered lol
                                            WOW FOR ALL THIS BS THEY GAVE ME 30$ I JUST CANT THIS CABT BE REAL
                                            being diamond 3 wagered over 5 mil since September
                                            and btw if want to complain it’s only to VIP agent even if you want to complain on the agent speaking lol

                                              On December 27th, I placed a wager on BetOnline through the Prop Builder for the UGA/ND game scheduled for January 1st. The game was postponed and not played on the scheduled date. According to BetOnline's own rules (specifically bullet point (i) in their FAQs and Prop Builder rules), bets on postponed games that are not played the same day should be graded as "No Action."


                                              Despite this, my bet was graded as a loss on January 2nd. I contacted customer service, and a chat representative assured me on the day of the postponement that all bets would be voided. Later, a phone representative also agreed the bet should have been voided. However, BetOnline ultimately ruled the wager a loss, justifying their decision by stating that a new line was added after the postponement, a fact irrelevant to my original wager placed before the change.

                                              They have said the grading is final but I am unsure where to escalate this further.

                                                      BETONLINE verification struggle and feels like robbery

                                                      EDIT: Looks like they decided the video of me holding ID was enough proof finally. Had a smooth transaction since so far and looking forward to many more

                                                      About 2 weeks ago I started a Betonline account. Deposited 2,000 and lost. Decided to give it another try, after depositing another 1,000, making sportsbook bets and the occasional LIVE DEALER casino game i got up to around 7,000. Decide to try to withdrawal 1,100. One of the main reasons i chose Betonline is because the claim of easy crypto withdrawal. About 90% of people claiming “I took out thousands easily with crypto without verification”. Even if verification was needed, I was okay with it, I have everything I needed in the event. Lo and behold, I receive an email with a number and extension to call saying my account had a hold on it because I need to verify. Call it, extension doesnt even work, need to be constantly connected through first tier CS to the finance department, half the time the call mysteriously drops while I am on hold like no one ever tried to pick up. First time I got finance on the line they told me to send picture of ID front and back, selfie holding ID, and utility bill. Do exactly that. First email I receive after says there was no utility bill. I call back to let them know there is one attached at the very bottom in PDF. They confirm and said their supervisor has now noticed and been notified. A few hours later i receive and email that is has been denied. I now notice that I have even lost access to the cashiers page to withdrawal, BUT I still can deposit more money if id like, how convenient. Call back, get transferred, hung up on. Try again, get transferred to finance, get told that there was no utility bill, I reiterate how I sent one at the very bottom. They notice, confirm everything is recent and the bill is a valid form, that everything is being annotated and pushed up, even prioritized because I have already wait 24+ hours. Later I wake up to an email stating “After carefully reviewing the casino backend, we can confirm that there was no casino activity on 1/23/25. Could you please confirm the correct date and timeframe so that we can further review?”. Thats odd, I never made an inquiry about a casino review (that was apparently on a slot game, i dont play slots) I am simply just trying to verify my account to make a simple withdrawal. Call back, once again being told I need to be transferred, call dropped after tried to transfer me. Call back a short time late, successfully transferred, now I am told I need to send a verification video stating my name address and sorts for further verification. I asked if they can send me an email requesting it just so I can have email traffic, because no one ever told me that. CS rep was rude and said, I am not doing that. I just sent a video. Roughly 12 hours later, I am now being requested to “Please attach an MP4 video on the
                                                      outside off your place with good light, and showing your ID make sure to show any kind of street sign to proof address.”



                                                      Here I am, with almost 7,000 being held hostage in my BetOnline account. Customer service reps giving me a constant go around and goose chase. Few in between that sound very helpful and kind, but now it seems like an act just to get me hopeful that it will get resolved. Every post im finding online has some complaining about KYC problems, then have people with a cult like following flocking to the post like they never have had a problem with BetOnline and they are the most perfect bookie ever. Almost like they pay people to search the internet to find anything that might make them look bad and try to get it deleted or change the view. Do I think my account is being targeted specifically for winning my money back, no. But I do think they are constantly giving me the go around, a player who is just barely getting out of gold tier, and isnt their number 1-9999th priority, in hopes that I give up and just give up my funds. It’s sad to see that the moderator on here Optional even state that BetOnline is not who they once were and have lost their customer service skills. Feels like now I am just waiting for the moment I log in and my account reads 0.00 funds with no excuse and I feel completely robbed.

                                                      Please looking for some sort of help. I just reached out to Dave Mason hoping for a response. Did anyone else out there go through any issues like this?

                                                            Like every other people having issues claims, I have no reason to lie. I understand requesting ID photos and what not, but a video of my street sign and me walking in is outrageous, just send me a parcel with a code in it at this point. Did I jump the gun a little bit by posting this, maybe a little , but all is well now. I decided to sleep the stress off, and I wake up to an email chain apart of the last video i sent holding up my ID (not the email chain requesting a video of me and my street sign) saying I am now accepted. Decided to give another withdrawal a shot and boom 1500+ no problem. I appreciate you extending your hand in assisting. I guess I owe a slight apology to BetOnline for being impatient, but 7,000 is a lot to just forget about. I may reach out to you in the future if thats cool, didnt expect this community to be so willing to help.

                                                              I try not to be rude even when obviously upset, especially when someone is holding your money. It’s like being rude to a waiter, just asking for your food to be messed with. This is my first time dealing with BetOnline, so all I have to go off of is reviews. Things I have noticed dealing with customer service is 1 or 2 rude or lets just say least helpful reps, and alot of spelling errors in some emails. But then again, there were also good reps who reassured me, then other emails where spelling and punctuation was better. Those might not seem like major signs of anything but it does make people think things can be sketch. I get it though, english isnt easy and neither is the customer service job, some people can be assholes while they are just doing their job. If you don’t mind answering my question, how have you noticed them go down in qaulity this past season, or over time you’ve been using them, and just things i should look out for, like ticket misgrading, or even my newest fear which is someone logging in and spending my funds on something random like poker. (I turned on 2FA so hopefully that will never happen)

I've been playing with Betonline for ~6 months now and had one withdrawal previously. They asked me to call in and verify, as well as send in my ID documents and I had no issues.

                                                                Recently, I won a few sports bets and tried to withdraw again. They once again requested ID docs and a call to verify. During this call, they asked me where I had been playing from and what device I use. I told them I usually use my phone (US phone with data), and travel quite a bit for work, but told them where I had placed the bets from. The agent then said they need to investigate my account further and my account was then locked (I cannot log in anymore). There's ~$15k in the account that I now cannot access, including at least $10k that I deposited.

                                                                I've tried contacting their customer support again and again on what I can do to get access to the account, but I keep getting the same canned response: "This is to kindly inform you that our team is currently reviewing your account. Once the review has been concluded you will be notified via email." I've tried via phone call, live chat, and email. It has been over 7 weeks now - my account was originally locked on 12/14/2024. Does anyone have any experience on what to do to get them to actually unlock the account? This is insane to me - I provided all ID requested, called multiple times to prove my ID, and broke no rules. I thought BOL was supposed to be a trustworthy offshore...

I placed a lot of my bets either in the US (Washington state where I live) or in Bermuda (where I frequently travel to for work).

                                                                      not surprising to hear. wish you good luck. if you head over to twitter, their 'marketing man davey' will post spam about all the million dollar bets they are writing. and look how they dont want to pay you 15,000$. maybe post this on their twitter accounts, and then repost on yours, try and get some engagement going

                                                                        I placed a bet on a soccer match in the Same Game Parlays, wagering that Ellyes Skhiri would have 50+ passes. He had 51 attempted passes, yet Betonline graded the bet as a loss, claiming it was based on “completed passes” despite that wording never being mentioned when placing the bet.
                                                                        Nowhere does it say “completed passes”, but in my screenshot taken from Betonline’s own platform in their Bet Builderit clearly states “passes attempted.” Despite providing this evidence, support keeps responding with generic answers and refuses to acknowledge the actual issue.
